Home » Immortal Romance Slot Review

Immortal Romance scores 4 out of 10 here, and the reason sits in the first table rather than in the game.

I could not open it and neither can you, if you are reading this from Slovenia. The demo returns a country restriction notice, and the block is not ours. It covers every title Games Global supplies to this library. On top of that the studio publishes no page for this game at all, so there is no official figure to fall back on.

What exists instead is a set of numbers that other sites repeat, and they do not agree with each other. One calls the game very high volatility, another calls it medium. One dates it to 2011, another to 2015. Two give different maximum bets. That disagreement is the honest subject of this review.

Immortal Romance at a Glance

Every figure below carries the name of whoever published it. Not one of them comes from the studio, because the studio publishes nothing for this title.

Checked on 21 October 2026. A table where half the rows carry two answers is not a quirk of my research. It is what happens when a studio leaves the record empty and the rest of the internet fills it in.

The Score, and What Went Into It

Games on this site are scored on four criteria of their own, each marked out of ten, with the average rounded to a whole number and a half rounding up. Where a studio publishes nothing a criterion can be built from, I leave that criterion unscored and average the rest. The bands behind every number sit on my scoring method.

CriterionScoreWhy
Return to player9 / 1096.86 percent sits in the 96.50 to 96.99 band, and three independent sources print the same figure to two decimals
Cost of reaching the feature3 / 10There is no buy button, so the price is paid in triggers. The best chamber opens on the fifteenth separate bonus, which is near the bottom of my ladder
Volatility honesty1 / 10None of the three figures is published, and the volatility word itself comes back different from every source I checked
Session survivabilityNot scoredThe band needs a published bonus frequency. There is none, so I will not invent one

Nine, three and one average to 4.33, which rounds to 4. A strong return is doing almost all the work, and it is the only number here that more than one source agrees on.

Four is the same score Thunderstruck II earned, which is not a coincidence. Same studio, same silence, and the same long climb to the good version of the bonus.

The Studio Publishes Nothing for Immortal Romance

Immortal Romance was built by Microgaming. Microgaming sold its games business in 2022 and the title is now published by Games Global, which is where any official figure would live.

There is no page for it. Games Global runs a corporate site that describes a portfolio of thousands of titles from more than fifty studio partners, and it carries no public game catalog, no per game page and no math sheet. I looked for the same thing when I reviewed Thunderstruck II and Mega Moolah, and the answer was the same both times.

Compare that with the studios behind the other games reviewed here. Pragmatic Play publishes a return figure and a hit frequency. Blueprint publishes five different return builds for one game. NetEnt publishes a return, a volatility word and a maximum win. None of them publish enough, and all of them publish something.

So when you read 96.86 percent on a casino page, understand what it is. It is a number that has been copied from site to site for over a decade, with no primary document behind it that I can show you. It may well be right. I simply cannot prove it, and neither can the person who wrote it.

Three Sources, Three Different Immortal Romance Figures

I checked three established review sites against each other. On the things that matter to a player they do not line up.

Read on 21 October 2026. The return figure is the one thing everybody agrees on, which is also the one figure a casino is obliged to show you inside the game.

The volatility row is the one that should worry you. Very high and medium are not two descriptions of the same experience. They are opposite instructions about how much money to bring and how long to expect to wait.

There is a way to test which answer is closer, and it does not need the studio. A game that holds its best bonus behind fifteen separate triggers cannot be medium volatility in any useful sense. The structure gives the answer the labels will not.

The Immortal Romance Chamber of Spins Needs Fifteen Triggers

Three or more Lion Door Knocker scatters open the Chamber of Spins and pay 2x, 20x or 200x the bet for three, four or five of them. Inside the chamber there are four rooms, and you do not get to pick. The game opens them by counting how many times you have been in.

ChamberEntries neededFree spinsWhat it adds
Amber110A 5x multiplier on every win in the round
Troy515Vampire bats carrying 2x and 3x multipliers, up to 6x combined
Michael1020Rolling Reels, with the multiplier climbing from 2x to 5x on consecutive wins
Sarah1525The Wild Vine on reel three, plus up to four extra spins from scatters

The entry counts come from two of the three sources, which agree with each other. The game remembers your count between sessions, so the climb is not lost when you close the tab.

My method scores feature cost by price where a buy button exists, and by trigger count where there is none. Here there is none, so the question is how many separate bonuses it takes to reach the best room. Fifteen puts this in the band I score three out of ten.

Think about what fifteen entries means on a real balance. Nobody publishes how often the chamber opens, so I cannot turn that into a spin count for you. What I can say is that most players will see Amber several times, a few will reach Troy, and Sarah is a room that exists mainly in screenshots.

GameFeature costScore
Big Bass BonanzaNo buy, everything reachable from the first trigger10
Dead or Alive 2No buy, best mode available from the first trigger10
Gates of OlympusBuy published at 100x the stake6
Immortal RomanceNo buy, best chamber opens on the fifteenth entry3
Thunderstruck IINo buy, Thor opens on the fifteenth trigger3

No buy button is not automatically generous. These two Microgaming designs charge you in time instead of money, and time is the thing a small balance runs out of first.

What the Immortal Romance 12,150x Cap Is Actually Worth

The maximum win does not come from the Chamber of Spins. It comes from Wild Desire, a feature that fires at random on any paid spin and turns between one and five reels completely wild.

Five wild reels on a 243 ways grid means every way pays the top symbol at once. That is the 12,150x, and it needs the feature to fire at its best size. Nobody publishes how often Wild Desire fires, and nobody publishes how often it arrives with all five reels.

Then there is the arithmetic, which is where the published cash figures fall apart. One source prints the cap as 3,645,000 coins and gives two different cash equivalents on the same page.

Published figureWhat it implies about the maximum betStatus
12,150x, quoted as 364,500 in cashA maximum bet of 30Consistent with the stake range two sources give
12,150x, quoted as 729,000 in cashA maximum bet of 60Consistent with a different stake range on the same page
3,645,000 coinsDepends on a coin size nobody states clearlyUnresolved

The two cash figures are my own division of their numbers, not theirs. Both appear on one page, which tells you the maximum bet is not settled even inside a single source.

None of this changes what you will see on the reels. It changes how much weight you should put on any single number printed above a play button, including the one on my own header image for this review.

Why the Immortal Romance Demo Will Not Open in Slovenia

I tried to open the demo on this site before writing a word. It returned a country restriction notice saying the demo version of Immortal Romance by Games Global is not available in Slovenia.

Before calling that a fault I checked the record behind it. The game entry in our library carries a restriction list of 79 countries, and Slovenia is one of them. The same 79 country list sits on every Games Global title I checked.

GameStudioCountries blockedSlovenia blocked
Immortal RomanceGames Global79Yes
Thunderstruck IIGames Global79Yes
Immortal Romance IIStormcraft Studios79Yes
Money Train 2Relax Gaming1No
Great Rhino MegawaysPragmatic Play0No

Checked on 21 October 2026. This is a decision by the supplier about where its free demos may run, not a rule about where the game may be played for money.

So the honest position is this. I have not spun this game, I cannot read its rules screen, and I cannot tell you which return build a given casino installed. On every other review I open the game and read the figure in the version actually running. Here that door is closed, and I would rather say so than let the review imply otherwise.

Where Our Own Immortal Romance Library Record Stops

This site carries a library of just under 41,000 game entries fed by a third party. For most games that record prints a minimum bet, a maximum bet and a maximum win. For this one it does not.

Minimum betNot in the record
Maximum betNot in the record

On other games this record has given me a figure to check against the studio. Here it gives me a theme and a block list, which is one more reason this review rests on nothing official.

The four games at the bottom of this table are exactly the four whose studios keep no public page for them. Two of those four return more than 96 percent. A competitive return and an empty record is the pattern my scoring is built to catch.

Four Clauses to Check Before You Play It for Money

The game is the same everywhere. The terms wrapped around it are not, and that is where a session quietly gets more expensive. Four things are worth thirty seconds each.

First, the return printed in the game information panel, every time you open the game at a casino you have not used before. Plenty of slots ship in more than one build, and that panel is the only place the figure you are actually playing is shown.

Second, how the game counts toward wagering, and whether buying a feature voids an active bonus. Slots usually count in full, but feature purchases are excluded under most terms and some casinos cancel the bonus outright for one. The wagering terms are where both of those live.

Third, the maximum stake allowed while a bonus is running. It is commonly five euros a spin, and going over it once is enough for a casino to void everything the bonus produced.

Fourth, the cap on what you may withdraw from bonus winnings. A large maximum win means nothing if the terms stop your payout well below it, and that ceiling is printed in the bonus terms rather than in the game.

What an Hour of Immortal Romance Costs

The return figure on its own tells you nothing about what a session costs. What costs you money is the return multiplied by how much you push across the table, and a slot pushes a great deal. Six hundred spins in an hour is an ordinary pace once autoplay is running.

At 96.86 percent the house keeps 3.14 percent of everything staked. Here is what that is worth at three ordinary stakes, using the same model as my cost per hour table.

Stake per spinWagered in an hourHouse edgeCost of the hour
€0.20€1203.14%€3.77
€0.50€3003.14%€9.42
€1.00€6003.14%€18.84

Six hundred spins an hour, the house edge applied to everything wagered in that hour. These are averages over a very long run, not a prediction for one session, and the swings in either direction are far larger than the edge.

Play Immortal Romance Free

I have to be straight with you. If you are in Slovenia, this demo will not open, and the notice you get comes from the supplier rather than from this site. The link below is still the right place to check, because block lists change without warning.

Try the Immortal Romance DemoFree play, no account, no deposit. Games Global blocks its demos in 79 countries, Slovenia among them.

If you want a free spin on something from the same era that does open, Starburst and Book of Dead both have reviews here with the figures read inside the game.

Where to Play Immortal Romance for Real Money

I have reviewed and scored 36 casinos on this site. Five of them record Games Global in the supplier list I pulled from their lobby, and those five are where this game turns up. The number is small because Games Global is a wholesale name that many lobbies carry without naming it.

CasinoScoreGame selectionTerms fairnessFull review

Tsars Casino5 / 108 / 105 / 10Read the review
Zet Casino4 / 108 / 102 / 10Read the review

Each casino score is the average of four criteria and the full working sits inside every review. Not one of these five reaches seven, and all five lose their points in the same place, on terms and on withdrawals rather than on the size of the lobby.

Spinanga is the best of the five at six out of ten, and six is a pass rather than a recommendation. It wins here on the strength of its lobby, with 222 studios and close to 29,000 titles, and it loses ground on bonus terms exactly like the rest.

One thing to carry in with you. Because no studio page exists, nobody can tell you from the outside whether the build a casino installed returns 96.86 percent or something lower. The rules screen inside the game is the only place that figure appears. Open it before you stake anything real, and if it reads differently, trust the screen and not this page.

I came to this from finance, which is probably why I read a casino the way I read a contract. The marketing sits on the homepage, and the clause that decides whether you get paid sits twelve pages down.

I am responsible for everything published here, including the gaps. For this game the gaps are the review. I could not open the demo, because the supplier blocks it in Slovenia, and there is no studio page to read instead. Every figure above is attributed to whoever printed it, and where sources disagree I have shown both answers rather than picking the one I liked. If Games Global publishes a page for this game, or if you can send me one, I will rewrite this review against it and say that I did.

18+. Gambling can be addictive. A 96.86 percent return is a long run average across millions of spins and it describes no single session, including yours. The best bonus room in this game sits fifteen separate triggers away, which is a distance most balances never cover.
