Tsars Casino scores 5 out of 10 with me, and it is the most awkward score I have given on this site. The license is the best I have checked anywhere here. The cashier rules are among the worst.
Every casino on this site has made me chase its paperwork. Tsars is the first one where the company name, the license number, the status and the domain all matched the government register on the first search, with nothing missing. Then I read the payment terms and found a fee on every deposit, a turnover requirement before any withdrawal, and a clause reserving the right to keep a fifth of whatever you cash out.
| What I scored | Score | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Game selection | 8 / 10 | A deep multi-studio lobby with Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Hacksaw, Nolimit City, ELK, PG Soft and Novomatic, live tables from €0.10 to €2,500, and demo play without an account |
| Terms fairness | 5 / 10 | The only license on this site that matches the register on every field, and full company disclosure — set against a profit clause on bonuses and a 72 hour window to complain about a bet |
| Payouts and support | 5 / 10 | Good ceilings at €5,000 a day and €30,000 a month, undercut by a €1 fee on every deposit and a reserved 20 percent charge on withdrawals |
| Bonus value | 3 / 10 | €2,000 across four deposits needs €5,900 paid in, the wagering multiple is not published, and the maximum bet on the first two bonuses is €2 |
Average 5.25, rounded to 5. If the fee clauses were not in the contract this would be a seven.
The One License on This Site That Checks Out on Every Field
The footer names the operator without being asked: TRINK N.V., registration number 163848, registered address Abraham de Veerstraat 1, Curaçao, licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under License No. ALSI-202503021-FI1.
I searched the Anjouan register, which held 1,343 licenses on the day I checked. The search returned one result.
| Field in the register | What it says | Matches the footer |
|---|---|---|
| Licensee | Trink N.V. | Yes |
| License number | ALSI-202503021-FI1 | Yes |
| Status | Valid | Yes |
| Type | B2C | Yes |
| Valid from | 18 March 2025 | — |
| Valid to | 17 March 2027 | — |
| Domains listed | tsars.com, bulletz.com, casoo.com | Yes |
Four fields, four matches, and the domain you are actually playing on is named in the license. No other casino I have reviewed here has managed all four. Rolletto and VeloBet are sitting on a Curaçao license that expired in December. Spinline’s expired in April. RoyalGame and Nomini do not appear in the register they claim at all. Tsars does, and its license runs to March 2027.
One wrinkle, for completeness. The footer gives a Curaçao address, while clause 1.2 of the terms describes TRINK N.V. as a company registered under the laws of Anjouan. Both can be true of a company that moved its licensing, but the two documents do not say the same thing.
What the license does not give you is anywhere to go when something breaks. The complaints page sends you to an email address at spinwise.com, a group site that names a Relationship and Communications Manager but publishes no brands, no company number and no license of its own. After that the page suggests you contact government regulators or, in its own words, independent organizations like AskGamblers. There is no named arbitration body and no regulator-appointed dispute service anywhere in the terms.
There is also a clock on it. Clause 27 accepts complaints about placing bets or receiving winnings only within 72 hours, and any claim at all only within twelve weeks of the game play. Seventy-two hours is the tightest complaint window I have found on this site. If a bet settles wrong on a Friday night and you notice on Tuesday, the contract says you are already late.
The Welcome Package and the Two Euro Ceiling
The headline is €2,000 and 200 free spins. It is spread over four deposits, and the percentages fall as the ceilings rise.
| Deposit | Match | Up to | Free spins | You pay in to max it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| First | 100% | €300 | 100 | €300 |
| Second | 50% | €300 | 100 | €600 |
| Third | 40% | €400 | — | €1,000 |
| Fourth | 25% | €1,000 | — | €4,000 |
| Total | — | €2,000 | 200 | €5,900 |
To collect the full €2,000 you have to deposit €5,900 of your own money. That is not unusual for a four part package, and the first deposit on its own is a straight one for one up to €300, which is fine. The problem is what the bonus terms do to you while it is active.
Clause 9.4 sets the maximum bet with an active bonus at €3 a spin or €0.30 a line. Then it carves out the welcome offer specifically: on the first and second deposit bonuses the ceiling is €2, and on the third and fourth it is €5. Two euros is the lowest maximum bet I have recorded anywhere on this site, and it applies to the two bonuses a new player is most likely to take. Go over it once and the casino can void the winnings.
Clause 9.1.2 is the one I would want read out loud before anybody deposits: if your account is in profit, some bonuses can be unavailable to you. Written plainly, that is the casino reserving the right to stop offering promotions to players who are winning.
The wagering multiple is the missing number. It is not on the welcome offer page, not in the general terms and not in the help centre. The terms say the requirement will be displayed before you decide to use a bonus, which at least means you see it at the moment you claim — but it means I cannot tell you here what you would be signing up to, and neither can anyone who has not already registered.
More on the offers themselves: which bonuses cost the least in turnover, what free spins are actually worth, and why a no deposit offer is capped hardest. For a larger deposit, read the clauses that decide a high roller bonus, and for what a casino pays once the welcome offer is gone, reload and cashback.
What a Withdrawal Actually Costs Here
This is the section that holds the score down, and all of it comes out of section 8 of the terms rather than out of any database.
A euro on every deposit. Clause 8.1: every deposit carries a fixed commission of €1.00. Their own worked example is a €20 deposit costing €1. On the minimum deposit that is a five percent charge before a single spin. Deposit once a week for a year and the casino has taken €52 off you for moving your own money.
You cannot withdraw until you have played the deposit through. Clause 8.3.2.1 sets a minimum turnover before any withdrawal: three times the deposit on slots, five times on everything else, and it is not per deposit, it stacks. The terms work it through themselves: deposit €500, play nothing, deposit another €20, and you owe €1,560 of bets before you can take anything out. This is not a bonus condition. It applies to your own unbonused cash.
A fifth of the withdrawal, reserved. Clause 8.3.3: Tsars may charge a 20 percent fee for processing all withdrawals, with the promise that it will be communicated during the withdrawal process. Clause 8.3.4 adds the same 20 percent if you request more than two small withdrawals in a day while holding a large balance. Clause 8.3.6 adds another x3 turnover requirement if the method you deposited with cannot receive payouts. I have not seen this fee charged, and the word is may — but a clause that permits a casino to keep a fifth of your cashout is a clause that can be used.
| Cashier rule | What the contract says |
|---|---|
| Deposit fee | €1 fixed, on every deposit |
| Withdrawal fee | Up to 20 percent, reserved in clause 8.3.3 |
| Turnover before withdrawal | x3 deposit on slots, x5 on other games, cumulative |
| Minimum deposit | €20 |
| Minimum withdrawal | €20, or €50 by bank transfer per the terms |
| Daily limit | €5,000 |
| Weekly limit | €15,000 |
| Monthly limit | €30,000 |
| Processing time | Within 72 hours, per clause 8.10 |
| Large wins | Over €10,000 can go to a game check of up to 7 working days |
| Dormancy | After 13 consecutive months, with 14 days notice; the amount is not in the terms |
The limits themselves are genuinely good. €5,000 a day and €30,000 a month is near the top of what I have seen on this site, and far above the €500 a day that the weaker operators here impose.
Three Places Where Tsars Contradicts Itself
I check marketing claims against the contract as a matter of course. Here the two came apart three times.
| Claim | Where | What the terms say |
|---|---|---|
| Withdrawals reach you momentarily | About Us page | All payout requests are processed within 72 hours (8.10) |
| Payouts in 0 to 1 hours | Casino databases | Same clause: within 72 hours |
| Minimum bank transfer withdrawal €100 | Help centre | €50 in clause 8.10 |
A casino is bound by its terms, not by its About Us page, so plan for 72 hours. The €50 against €100 gap on bank transfers is small but it is the kind of thing that sends a withdrawal back, and the two pages were live at the same time on the same site.
The database figure of 21 currencies is wrong too. Clause 8.10 lists eight: EUR, USD, CAD, NOK, PLN, NZD, mBTC and LTC.
Playing From Slovenia
Tsars runs a Slovenian version at tsars.com/sl and it is a real translation, not a machine pass over the homepage. The welcome package reads Paket dobrodošlice v vrednosti 2000 € + 200 brezplačnih vrtljajev, and the navigation, the game categories and the help links are all in Slovenian.
The legal text is not. Open the terms from the Slovenian site and you get English, and clause 1.4 settles the question anyway: if the terms are translated into any other language, the original English version prevails. So the page that decides whether you get paid is only ever in English, whichever flag you picked.
EUR is one of the eight supported currencies, so a Slovenian player deposits and withdraws without a conversion. Support is English. The restricted list in the terms names the United States and, vaguely, those territories listed in the Website — there is no published country list, which means a player outside the obvious markets cannot check in advance whether an account would survive verification.
What You Can Actually Play
This is where Tsars earns its eight. The lobby is deep, the studios are the ones worth having, and you can open almost anything in demo mode without an account.
| Section | What is on offer |
|---|---|
| Studios I confirmed in the lobby | Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, ELK Studios, PG Soft, Novomatic, Games Global, Peter & Sons, Booming Games, Penguin King, Just Slots, Elysium Studios, Wicked Games, Popiplay and more |
| Lobby categories | All games, New, Live Casino, Tsars picks, Feature buy, Jackpot |
| Live tables | Stakes running from €0.10 to €2,500 a hand depending on the table, with €0.20 to €5,000 and €0.20 to €10,000 rooms on the floor |
| Demo play | Yes, without registering |
| Jackpots | Yes, a dedicated lobby tab |
| Bonus buys | Yes, a dedicated Feature buy tab |
| Sportsbook | No |
| Provider filter | No browsable list; the search box accepts studio names |
The one thing I would change is the filtering. The filter button opens six category tabs and nothing else — there is no way to browse by studio, which on a lobby this size is a real omission. The search box does accept a studio name, so you can find Hacksaw if you already know to look for it.
One payout detail belongs here rather than in the cashier section: progressive jackpot wins are not necessarily paid in one go. If you are chasing a jackpot, read clause 8 before you chase it.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Support
The methods are the usual mixed set, confirmed on the help centre page rather than taken from a database: Visa and Mastercard, Jeton and Skrill, Bitcoin, Tether, Litecoin and Ripple, Paysafecard and Neosurf vouchers, and bank routes including Rapid Transfer, Trustly and instant banking. Everything except bank transfers is credited immediately.
Support is a 24/7 live chat plus support@tsars.com, with a help centre split into registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses, verification, how to play and responsible gaming. The databases list Tsars as having no FAQ section. It has one, at tsars.com/en/support/faq, with six categories — that entry is simply out of date.
The complaints page is worth the click before you deposit rather than after. It names a specific person and gives a direct email, which is more than most casinos on this site offer. It just happens to be an email at a different company.
The Operator Changed, and the Old Reviews Did Not
The version of this review that stood here before today said Tsars was owned by RR Investments N.V. and operated under an Antillephone license from Curaçao. That is what the site said when it was written. It is not what the site says now.
Today the footer names TRINK N.V. and an Anjouan license issued in March 2025. Different company, different regulator, same brand and the same domain. I have rewritten this page around what is published today and checked it against the register, but it is worth knowing that a good deal of what is written about Tsars elsewhere on the internet describes a company that no longer runs it.
Who This Is For
If you want a large, properly stocked lobby from an operator whose paperwork you can actually verify, and you intend to play with your own money, deposit infrequently in reasonable amounts, and withdraw in chunks rather than in dribs, Tsars works. The limits are high, the studios are good, and the license is real and current.
If you are coming for the €2,000 welcome package, think again. A €2 maximum bet on the first two bonuses, an unpublished wagering multiple and a clause that lets the casino withhold bonuses from winning accounts add up to an offer I would not take. Play here unbonused.
And if you deposit small and often, the €1 charge and the x3 turnover rule will cost you more than you expect. This is a casino that is cheap to play at in large infrequent amounts and expensive to play at in small ones.
My Verdict
Five out of ten, and I want to be clear about why a casino with the best license on this site lands in the middle of the table.
Verification matters, and Tsars is the first operator here to pass it cleanly on every field. That is worth a lot and it is why the terms score is a five rather than a two. But a license tells you the casino exists and is supervised. It does not tell you what the casino is allowed to charge you, and here the contract allows a fee on every deposit, a turnover requirement before you can touch your own money, and a reserved right to keep a fifth of the withdrawal. Those are the clauses you live with.
If you play here, deposit in larger amounts and less often, skip the welcome package, expect 72 hours rather than the momentary payout the About Us page promises, and raise anything that looks wrong on a bet the same day, because after three days the contract says you are out of time.
FAQ About Tsars Casino
Is Tsars Casino legit, and who owns it?
Yes. Three casinos on this site match a register on every field, and Tsars is one of them. The Anjouan register returns TRINK N.V., license ALSI-202503021-FI1, status Valid, valid from 18 March 2025 to 17 March 2027, with tsars.com named among the licensed domains. The company name, number, status and domain all match what the footer says. That is a complete check, and it is rare. TRINK N.V., registration number 163848, registered address Abraham de Veerstraat 1, Curaçao. Complaints are escalated to an email address at spinwise.com, which appears to be the wider group, although that site names no brands and publishes no company details of its own. Older reviews naming RR Investments N.V. describe the previous operator.
Does Tsars charge a deposit or withdrawal fee?
Yes. Clause 8.1 applies a fixed commission of €1.00 to every deposit, and the terms work through an example of a €20 deposit costing €1. On the minimum deposit that is five percent gone before you play. It reserves the right to. Clause 8.3.3 says Tsars may charge a 20 percent fee for processing all withdrawals, to be communicated during the withdrawal process, and clause 8.3.4 applies the same 20 percent to more than two small withdrawals in a day from a large balance. I have no evidence of it being charged, but the clause is in the contract you accept.
Do I have to wager my deposit before withdrawing at Tsars?
Yes, even without a bonus. Clause 8.3.2.1 requires a minimum turnover of three times the deposit on slots and five times on other games before a withdrawal, and the requirement accumulates across deposits. The terms give their own example: €500 plus €20 deposited means €1,560 of bets before anything can come out.
What are the withdrawal limits at Tsars, and how long do withdrawals take?
€5,000 a day, €15,000 a week and €30,000 a month, which is near the top of what I have seen on this site. The minimum withdrawal is €20, or €50 by bank transfer according to the terms — though the help centre says €100 for bank transfers, so expect to be asked for the higher figure. The terms say all payout requests are processed within 72 hours. The About Us page says your money reaches you momentarily and the casino databases say nought to one hour. Plan for 72 hours, because that is the figure in the document that binds the casino.
What is the Tsars welcome bonus?
Four deposits: 100 percent up to €300 with 100 free spins, 50 percent up to €300 with 100 free spins, 40 percent up to €400, and 25 percent up to €1,000. The headline is €2,000 and 200 free spins, and collecting all of it means depositing €5,900 of your own money.
What is the wagering requirement on the Tsars bonus, and what is the maximum bet?
It is not published. It is not on the welcome offer page, in the general terms or in the help centre. The terms say the requirement is shown before you decide to use a bonus, so you see it at the moment you claim — but you cannot check it before you register. €3 a spin or €0.30 a line in general, but the welcome offer is carved out: €2 on the first and second deposit bonuses and €5 on the third and fourth. Two euros is the lowest bonus bet ceiling I have recorded on this site, and breaking it can cost you the winnings.
Can Tsars refuse me a bonus for winning?
Clause 9.1.2 says that if your account is in profit, some bonuses can be unavailable to you. In plain terms, yes, the casino reserves the right to stop offering promotions to players who are ahead.
Is Tsars available in Slovenian?
The site is, at tsars.com/sl, and the translation is a proper one covering the navigation, the games and the help pages. The terms and conditions are not: they serve in English, and clause 1.4 says the English version prevails over any translation. Support is in English. EUR is supported, so there is no conversion.
What games and providers does Tsars have?
A large multi-studio lobby. I confirmed Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, ELK Studios, PG Soft, Novomatic, Games Global, Peter & Sons and Booming Games among others, with live tables from €0.10 to €2,500 and dedicated jackpot and bonus buy sections. Games open in demo mode without an account. There is no sportsbook and no way to browse the lobby by studio.
How do I complain about Tsars?
Email support first, then the address on the complaints page, which names a Relationship and Communications Manager at spinwise.com. Be quick: clause 27 accepts complaints about bets or winnings only within 72 hours, and any claim within twelve weeks. There is no arbitration body or regulator-appointed dispute service named anywhere in the terms.
Who Wrote This

I came to this from finance, which is probably why I read a casino the way I read a contract. The marketing sits on the homepage, and the clause that decides whether you get paid sits twelve pages down.
I am responsible for everything published here. Every score carries my name, whether or not I wrote the review it appears in. If you find a figure that no longer holds, write to me.
18+. Gambling can be addictive. Everything on this page comes from Tsars’ own terms and conditions, welcome offer page, help centre, complaints page and About Us page, and from the public license register of the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, all checked on 14 October 2026. Bonus terms change, so read the current version inside your account before you deposit. If gambling has stopped being entertainment, free and confidential help is available in Slovenia through NIJZ.
