Who is responsible for your data
This website, casinos.si, is operated by Go2 Media d.o.o., Ulica vojvode Radomira Putnika br. 11, 78000 Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. We are the controller of the personal data described below. You can reach us about any privacy matter at marketing@go2.media.
What we collect, and why
Analytics
If you agree to statistics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use this site. It records which pages you open, how long you stay, the approximate region you visit from, your device type and browser, and the site or search engine that sent you here. Google Analytics 4 shortens IP addresses by design, so we never see your full IP address in our reports. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
If you decline, the analytics script is blocked before it loads. Nothing is sent to Google.
Your cookie choice
When you accept or decline on the consent banner, we store that choice in your browser so we do not ask again on every page. This is necessary for the banner to work and is kept regardless of your other choices.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard access logs, including IP address, time of request and browser identification. These logs exist to keep the site running and to defend against attacks. They are deleted on the host’s normal schedule and are not used for marketing.
Email you send us
If you write to us, we keep your message and address for as long as we need to answer you and to handle any follow-up.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising pixels on this site. We have no user accounts, no registration and no comment section, so we never ask you for a name, a password or payment details.
Cookies
A full list of the cookies this site places, what each one does and how long it lasts is in our Cookie Policy. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent for analytics cookies. You can withdraw it at any moment, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it. For server logs and site security we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and protected.
Links to gambling operators
This site reviews online casinos and links out to them. Some of those links are commercial, which means we may earn a commission if you open an account. That never changes what we write, and it costs you nothing.
The moment you click through, you leave casinos.si and the operator’s own privacy policy and terms apply. We have no control over what they collect and we are not responsible for it. Read their policy before you register.
Sharing and international transfers
With your consent, analytics data is processed by Google, which may store and process it outside your country, including in the United States. Google applies the safeguards set out in its own data processing terms. Apart from our hosting provider, we share your data with no one else.
How long we keep data
Analytics data is retained for the period set in our Google Analytics property and is then deleted automatically. Your consent choice is stored in your browser until it expires or until you clear it. Emails are kept only as long as the matter you wrote about is open.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to limit how we use it, or object to our use of it. You can also withdraw consent at any time. Write to marketing@go2.media and we will answer within the period the law allows.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you have the right to complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live.
Age restriction
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used this site, write to us and we will remove whatever we hold.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when the site changes. The date at the top always shows the current version.
