Twelve of the 36 casinos I review here ask €4,000 or less of turnover for every €100 of bonus. That is the whole of this page. Everything more expensive than that line is left off, and the line is the same for every brand.
Most pages about low wagering rank casinos by the multiplier alone. That number on its own tells you nothing, because it never says what it is applied to. VeloBet and 1Bet both ask 30x, the lowest multiples on this site, and both cost €6,000 per €100 of bonus. SlotsGem asks 40x and costs €4,000.
The difference is one clause. When the requirement covers the bonus alone, 100 euros of bonus at 35x costs 3,500 euros of stakes. When it covers your deposit as well, the same 35x costs 7,000. So I rank by what the bonus actually costs, which is the multiplier times 100, doubled when the deposit is wagered too.
A casino that does not publish a multiple before you register cannot qualify here at all. Six of the 36 are in that position, and I name them further down. No casino has paid to appear on this page or to move up the table.
The Twelve, Ranked by Cost
Three casinos sit at 3,500 euros and nine at 4,000. Every one of them wagers the bonus alone.
| Casino | Score | The Offer | Wagering | Turnover per €100 of bonus |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BetLabel Casino | 8 / 10 | Up to €1,500 and 150 free spins across four deposits | 35x the bonus, deposit excluded | €3,500 |
| 22Casino | 7 / 10 | Up to €1,500 and 150 free spins across four deposits | 35x the bonus, deposit excluded | €3,500 |
| Playfina Casino | 7 / 10 | Up to €1,800 and 800 free spins across three deposits | 35x the bonus | €3,500 |
| Casinochan | 7 / 10 | Up to €3,500 and 260 free spins across four deposits | 40x the bonus, deposit excluded | €4,000 |
| HellSpin Casino | 7 / 10 | Up to €2,500 and 350 free spins across the welcome package | 40x the bonus alone | €4,000 |
| Asino Casino | 7 / 10 | 100% up to €300 and 200 free spins with the code START | 40x the bonus | €4,000 |
| SlotsGem Casino | 7 / 10 | Up to €600 and 125 free spins on the first deposit | 40x the bonus, deposit excluded | €4,000 |
| National Casino | 7 / 10 | €120 and 120 free spins on the first deposit | 40x the bonus | €4,000 |
| 20bet Casino | 7 / 10 | Up to €120 and 120 free spins on a first deposit of €20 or more | 40x, published for the free spin winnings | €4,000 on the part they publish |
| Bizzo Casino | 6 / 10 | Up to €1,250 | 40x the bonus | €4,000 |
| DragonSlots Casino | 6 / 10 | Up to €4,000 | 40x the bonus | €4,000 |
| SafeCasino | 5 / 10 | 100% up to €1,000 | 40x the bonus | €4,000 |
Turnover is the bonus multiplied by the wagering requirement. Every casino on this page wagers the bonus alone, so none of these figures is doubled.
What €100 of Bonus Costs Across the Site
I read the terms of all 36 casinos reviewed here and sorted them by cost rather than by multiplier. The table below is the whole market as I measured it.
| What the terms say | Turnover per €100 of bonus | Casinos | On this page |
|---|---|---|---|
| 35x the bonus alone | €3,500 | 3 | Yes |
| 40x the bonus alone | €4,000 | 9 | Yes |
| 45x the bonus alone | €4,500 | 1 | No, just over the line |
| 30x the deposit and the bonus | €6,000 | 3 | No |
| 35x the deposit and the bonus | €7,000 | 13 | No |
| 40x the deposit and the bonus | €8,000 | 1 | No |
| No multiple published | Cannot be calculated | 6 | No |
Thirteen casinos here wager 35x on the deposit and the bonus together, which is the most common arrangement on this site and twice the cost of the same multiplier on the bonus alone.
Why a Lower Multiple Can Cost You More
Three casinos on this site publish 30x, the lowest number anywhere in my notes. None of the three appears on this page. Here is the comparison that explains it.
| Casino | Multiplier | Applied to | Turnover per €100 of bonus |
|---|---|---|---|
| VeloBet Casino | 30x | Deposit and bonus | €6,000 |
| SlotsGem Casino | 40x | The bonus alone | €4,000 |
| BetLabel Casino | 35x | The bonus alone | €3,500 |
The casino with the friendliest looking number is the most expensive of the three. That is why the multiplier never appears on this page without the clause beside it.
The Casinos That Do Not Publish a Multiple
Six casinos on this site never show a wagering multiple anywhere a logged out visitor can read it. They cannot be ranked here, because the figure that decides the value of the offer is missing.
| Casino | What is missing |
|---|---|
| Tsars Casino | The multiple is absent, and the maximum bet on the first two bonuses is €2 |
| Winnerz Casino | No multiple before registration, and their own pages give the maximum bet as €2 in one place and €5 in another |
| Spinline Casino | No multiple a logged out visitor can read, and two days to clear the bonus |
| RoyalGame Casino | A 100 percent up to €500 headline with 200 spins, and not one condition behind it that I could read |
Two more casinos are in the same position with less to quote. A missing multiple is not a neutral detail, because you accept it the moment you claim the bonus.
How a Bonus Gets on This Page, and How It Leaves
The rule is one number. If the welcome offer costs €4,000 or less of turnover per €100 of bonus, it is listed. If it costs more, it is not, whatever the headline figure says and whatever the casino scores elsewhere on this site.
A casino leaves this page when the multiplier rises, when the clause changes to cover the deposit, or when the terms stop matching what I quoted. Every figure comes from a full review on this site, and each review carries the date it was last checked. If one of them no longer holds, write to me and I will recheck it.
Where to Go Next
Wagering is one clause of several. These pages carry the rest.
FAQ About Low Wagering Bonuses
What counts as a low wagering bonus on this site?
An offer that costs €4,000 or less of turnover for every €100 of bonus. That is the multiplier times 100, doubled when the requirement covers your deposit as well as the bonus.
Which casino here has the lowest wagering?
BetLabel, 22Casino and Playfina all sit at 35 times the bonus, which is €3,500 of stakes per €100 of bonus. No casino I have reviewed asks less than that.
Why is a 30x bonus not on this page?
Because all three casinos publishing 30x apply it to the deposit and the bonus together. That makes each of them a €6,000 requirement, which is more expensive than every offer listed here.
How do I tell which version a casino uses?
Read the wagering clause for the words deposit and bonus. If both appear, the amount you deposit is counted again inside the requirement, and the real cost doubles.
Does low wagering mean the bonus is worth claiming?
Not by itself. The deadline, the maximum bet and the list of games that count can still make a cheap requirement impossible, so read those three before you claim anything.
What happens if a casino does not publish its multiplier?
It cannot appear on this page. Six casinos on this site hide the figure until you register, and I treat a missing multiple as a term you cannot agree to in advance.
Do all games move the requirement at the same speed?
No. Slots usually count in full, while table games and live dealer games count a fraction or nothing. At National Casino they count nothing, so the requirement can only be cleared on slots.
Is the turnover figure money I lose?
No. It is the total you must stake before a withdrawal is possible, and the same euro can be staked many times. What you lose along the way depends on the games and the time you have.
Can I just play without a bonus?
Yes, and for casual play that is usually the better choice. Without a bonus your deposit stays withdrawable at any moment, with no multiplier and no deadline attached to it.
How often do you check these numbers?
Every figure comes from a review that carries its own last checked date, and I read the operator terms again rather than my own notes. The full working sits in each casino review.
Who Wrote This

I came to this from finance, which is why the multiplier interests me less than the clause under it. One word in that clause decides whether an offer costs you 3,500 euros or 7,000.
I am responsible for everything published here. Every number on this page was read out of an operator’s own terms, and if one of them no longer matches, write to me.
