Playfina Casino scores 7 out of 10 with me. It is the first casino on this site that answers the ownership question in its own footer, in full, without being asked.
The problem is the other end of that sentence. The regulator it names has a website that would not load on the day I checked, so there is nothing to check the license against.
| What I scored | Score | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Payouts and support | 8 / 10 | €2,000 a day and €20,000 a month, crypto inside an hour, weekend cashouts processed, and a published complaints route |
| Game selection | 8 / 10 | 84 studios with live tables, jackpots, bonus buys and a gamification layer of tournaments, quests and a loyalty shop |
| Bonus value | 7 / 10 | A tiered welcome package to €1,800 with 800 spins at 35x, and table games count 5 percent rather than nothing |
| Terms fairness | 6 / 10 | The fullest company disclosure I have read on this site, attached to a regulator whose own site returned an error |
How I weigh this. Each of the four counts the same, which gives 7.25 and rounds to 7. Playfina is the opposite shape to most casinos I review. The usual pattern is a loud bonus and a silent operator. Here the operator is named down to its registration number, the cashier limits are four times the average on this site, and what is missing is the one thing it cannot supply itself.
The Company Is Actually on the Page
I spend most of these reviews hunting for a company name. On Playfina it is in the footer of every page, and it is complete.
| What I checked | What came back |
|---|---|
| Operating company | Novatrix SRL |
| Where it is incorporated | Costa Rica, company registration number 3-102-893958 |
| Registered address | Published in full, down to the street reference in Potrero Cerrado, Cartago |
| License number | E-gaming license No. 0000002 |
| Regulator | Tobique Gaming Commission |
| Public register of licensees | None that I could find |
| The regulator’s own website | Returned error 521, web server down, on 13 October 2026 |
| Complaints route published | Yes, its own page in the footer |
This is the inverse of the problem I usually report. On most of this site I find a license number that leads nowhere because the casino hides its company. Playfina hides nothing. It gives you the entity, the country, the registration number, the address and the license number, and then the regulator named on that license has no register to search and no site that opens. The disclosure is excellent. The verification is still zero.
A word on what a Tobique license is, because the name means nothing to most people. Tobique is a First Nation in New Brunswick, Canada, and its gaming commission issues licenses to operators based elsewhere. It is not a European regulator, it does not run a player complaints service you can escalate to, and a license number from it cannot be matched against a public list the way an Anjouan or a Kahnawake one can.
I checked the commission site twice, on the plain domain and with the www prefix, and both returned the same server error. That may be temporary. It still means that on the day you read this, there is no way for you to confirm license 0000002 belongs to Novatrix SRL.
The Welcome Package, and What It Costs
The banner says up to 1,800 euros and 800 free spins. That is the whole package across several deposits, not the first one. The first deposit is where the real decision sits, and it is tiered.
| What you deposit first | What you get |
|---|---|
| €20 | 100 percent up to €50, plus 50 free spins |
| €50 | 100 percent up to €200, plus 100 free spins |
| €200 | 100 percent up to €300, plus 200 free spins |
Read the middle row again. Deposit 50 euros and the ceiling is 200, which is four times your money in bonus headroom, but you only fill it by depositing 200. The tiers are written to make the small deposit look generous and the large one look necessary. Deposit what you were going to deposit anyway, and take whichever tier that lands in.
| The clause | What it says |
|---|---|
| Promo code | FIRST, typed in the promo field before you deposit |
| Wagering | 35x, as shown on the offer |
| Minimum deposit for any bonus | €20 |
| Maximum bet while a bonus is live | €5, and feature buys count toward the bet |
| What counts toward wagering | Slots 100 percent, table games, roulette, poker and video poker 5 percent |
| Excluded categories | Jackpot games and bonus buys |
| Free spins slot | Gold Rush with Johnny Cash, credited the day after the deposit |
| Bonuses at once | One. Deposit bonuses do not stack, one per email or IP address |
| Bonus cancelled automatically | When the balance tied to it falls to €0.05 |
| Cap on no deposit winnings | €100 from free spins, 10x the bonus from a cash bonus |
Two of those rows are better than the house standard. Table games counting 5 percent sounds small, and it is, but most casinos I review count them at zero and quietly remove half the lobby from the job. And I found no cap on what a deposit bonus can pay you, only on the no deposit ones. The terms do not say whether the 35x runs on the bonus alone or on your deposit as well, so ask support in writing before you claim it.
What keeps players here is not the welcome offer, though. It is the weekly rakeback and the monthly cashback, both running permanently alongside a loyalty program with levels, quests, tournaments and a shop you spend points in. Rakeback cannot cost you money. A welcome bonus can.
More on the offers themselves: which bonuses cost the least in turnover, what free spins are actually worth, and why a no deposit offer is capped hardest. For a larger deposit, read the clauses that decide a high roller bonus, and for what a casino pays once the welcome offer is gone, reload and cashback.
Getting Paid
This is the best cashier I have measured on this site, and it is not close. Here is the whole picture in one table.
| Step | How long it takes |
|---|---|
| Account verification | 0 to 24 hours |
| Pending period | 0 to 72 hours |
| Crypto after that | 0 to 1 hour |
| E-wallets after that | 0 to 24 hours |
| Cards after that | 1 to 5 days |
| Bank transfer after that | 3 to 10 days |
| Cashouts at the weekend | Processed |
| Daily ceiling | €2,000 |
| Weekly ceiling | €5,000, on a rolling seven days |
| Monthly ceiling | €20,000 |
| Progressive jackpot wins | Paid in full, outside those ceilings |
| Minimum withdrawal | €20 |
| Dormant account charge | €25 a month, after 12 months without a login |
Compare the daily ceiling with the rest of this site before you dismiss it. Four of the casinos I have reviewed cap a new account at 500 euros a day. Playfina starts everyone at 2,000, processes at the weekend, and exempts progressive jackpots from the limits entirely. Win 15,000 euros here and you have it inside a month without arguing with anybody.
Two cautions on fees, because the databases list Playfina as charging on both sides. I read the payment section of the terms line by line and found no casino fee of its own. What I did find is a clause warning that intermediary banks on a wire typically take up to 16 euros, and another making you responsible for whatever your own provider charges. Those are real costs, they are just not the casino taking them.
The dormancy charge is the one clause here I would call harsh. Twenty-five euros a month is five times what the nearest casino on this site charges. The year of grace before it starts is generous, so the rule is simple: if you stop playing, withdraw the balance rather than leaving it.
What You Can Actually Play
| Section | What is on offer |
|---|---|
| Studios | 84, among them Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Hacksaw, Big Time Gaming, Play’n GO, Relax and Playtech |
| Live casino | Roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game shows, with Evolution, Ezugi and Vivo on the floor |
| Categories in the lobby | Hot, new, bonus buy, jackpots, instant wins, table games |
| Running alongside | Tournaments, a wheel of fortune, lootboxes, a lottery, quests and achievements |
| Loyalty | A level ladder with a shop you spend points in, plus weekly rakeback and monthly cashback |
| Interface languages | English, German, French, Italian, Norwegian and Finnish |
The gamification layer is the real difference here. Most casinos on this site give you a lobby and a bonus. Playfina gives you a progression system, and that is deliberate, because systems like this are built to keep you logging in. Enjoy it with your eyes open. The quests and the lootboxes are entertainment, not value.
The Limits You Can Set Yourself
I check ten player protection tools on every casino I review, and most of the sites here offer one or two, by email, if you ask nicely. Playfina has the fullest set I have found.
| Tool | Available |
|---|---|
| Deposit limit for a day, a week or a month | Yes |
| Loss limit | Yes |
| Wager limit | Yes |
| Session or time limit | Yes |
| Cooling off | Yes, applied immediately, and you can still withdraw during it |
| Self-exclusion | Yes, set in the account or requested from support |
| Reality check | No |
| Self-assessment test | No |
| National self-exclusion register | Not connected to one |
One limitation worth knowing. Their own page says the loss limit and the wager limit do not apply to sportsbook bets, and that a cooling off period will not stop a sports bet if you still have a balance. If you use the limits for the reason people use limits, that gap matters.
Support and Complaints
| Channel | What you get |
|---|---|
| Live chat | 24 hours a day |
| support@playfina.com | |
| Support languages | English only |
| Complaints policy | Published as its own page in the footer |
| KYC policy | Published separately, so you can read it before you deposit |
| Independent dispute body | None named |
A complaints page is rarer than it should be. Most casinos here send you to live chat and leave it there. Playfina writes the procedure down, which gives you something to point at. What it cannot give you is somebody above the casino to appeal to, because the regulator behind the license runs no player dispute service.
Who This Is For
| You are | My read |
|---|---|
| A player who wants money out fast | Crypto inside an hour, e-wallets inside a day, and the weekend does not stop it |
| Someone who wins in four figures | €2,000 a day and €20,000 a month are the highest ceilings I have recorded here |
| A player who sets limits on purpose | Deposit, loss, wager, session, cooling off and self-exclusion, all in the account |
| Someone who needs a license they can look up | You cannot. The regulator publishes no register and its site did not open |
| A player who wants the site in Slovenian | Not here. English, German, French, Italian, Norwegian and Finnish only |
| Someone who needs support in their own language | Support answers in English only |
| A bonus hunter | 35x with a €5 bet ceiling is ordinary. The rakeback and cashback are the better value |
My Verdict
Seven out of ten, and it is the most unusual seven on this site. Playfina does the hard, expensive things well. The cashier pays four times faster and four times higher than the average casino I review here, it works at the weekend, and the player protection tools are the only complete set I have found.
It also does the cheap, honest thing that almost nobody else does. The company, the country, the registration number and the address are in the footer of every page. I did not have to dig for any of it, and that alone separates Playfina from most of the names above and below it in my table.
What holds it at seven is the one thing Playfina cannot fix on its own. A Tobique license has no public register behind it, the commission site returned a server error on both addresses I tried, and there is no independent body to escalate a dispute to. All the disclosure in the world does not replace a record you can check.
If you play here, set your deposit limit on the first day, take the rakeback over the welcome package, withdraw in crypto if you hold any, and do not leave a balance sitting in a dormant account. On everything else, this is a better run operation than its license suggests.
FAQ About Playfina Casino
Is Playfina Casino licensed, and who owns it?
It says so, and it gives the number. The footer names e-gaming license No. 0000002 from the Tobique Gaming Commission, held by Novatrix SRL. What I could not do is confirm it. Tobique publishes no public register of licensees, and the commission website returned a server error on 13 October 2026 on both the plain address and the www one. Novatrix SRL, a company incorporated in Costa Rica under registration number 3-102-893958, with a registered address in Potrero Cerrado, Cartago. All of that is printed in the footer of every page, which makes Playfina one of the very few casinos I review that answers the ownership question without being asked.
What is the Playfina welcome bonus?
The package runs to 1,800 euros and 800 free spins across several deposits. The first deposit is tiered: put in 20 euros and you get 100 percent up to 50 with 50 spins, put in 50 and the ceiling is 200 with 100 spins, put in 200 and it is 300 with 200 spins. The promo code is FIRST.
What is the wagering requirement at Playfina?
Thirty-five times, as shown on the offer itself. The bonus terms say only that deposit bonuses carry a requirement, giving x35 as the example, and they do not state whether it runs on the bonus alone or on your deposit as well. Ask support in writing before you claim it.
What is the maximum bet while a bonus is active?
Five euros for every game type, unless a particular bonus says otherwise. Buying a game feature is added to your bet, and so is a double-up after a round. Go over the limit and the terms let the casino confiscate the winnings.
What are the Playfina withdrawal limits and how long does a payout take?
Two thousand euros a day, 5,000 a week on a rolling seven days, and 20,000 a month. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count toward any of those. These are the highest ceilings in my table, and unusually they apply to everyone rather than only to a VIP tier. Faster than anywhere else I have measured. Verification takes up to 24 hours and the pending period up to 72. After that crypto lands within an hour, e-wallets within a day, cards in one to five days and bank transfers in three to ten. Weekend requests are processed rather than held.
Does Playfina charge withdrawal fees?
Not that I could find. The databases list fees on both sides, but reading the payment clauses I found only two charges, and neither is the casino taking a cut. Intermediary banks on a wire typically take up to 16 euros, and you are responsible for whatever your own payment provider charges.
Does Playfina accept players from Slovenia, and is it available in Slovenian?
Yes. The terms list 49 restricted countries and territories, including the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Poland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Malta. Slovenia is not among them, so registration is open. No. The interface runs in English, German, French, Italian, Norwegian and Finnish, and customer support answers in English only. If you want a casino in your own language, this is not the one.
What limits can I set on my own account?
More than at any other casino I have reviewed here. Deposit limits for a day, a week or a month, a loss limit, a wager limit, a session limit, a cooling off period and self-exclusion, all set inside the account. Their own page notes that the loss and wager limits do not cover sportsbook bets.
What happens if I stop using my Playfina account?
After twelve consecutive months without a login the account becomes inactive and the casino may charge 25 euros a month while the balance is positive. The year of grace is generous by the standards of this site, but 25 euros is a heavy monthly charge, so withdraw your balance if you plan to stop.
What payment methods does Playfina accept?
Nearly thirty of them. Cards, Skrill, Neteller, Payz, MuchBetter, MiFinity, eZeeWallet, Jeton, Neosurf, Paysafecard, AstroPay, Interac, Rapid Transfer and CashtoCode, plus Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Ripple, Cardano, TRON, Tether and Binance Coin. The minimum deposit and the minimum withdrawal are both 20 euros.
Who Wrote This

I came to this from finance, which is probably why I read a casino the way I read a contract. The marketing sits on the homepage, and the clause that decides whether you get paid sits twelve pages down.
I am responsible for everything published here. Every score carries my name, whether or not I wrote the review it appears in. If you find a figure that no longer holds, write to me.
