BillyBets scores 5 out of 10 with me. It has the largest game library I have ever counted, and the slowest payout promise I have ever read.
The sentence that decides the score is clause 6.15. Withdrawals are worked through within 96 business hours, and the same clause says the finance desk works eleven hours a day, Monday to Friday.
| What I scored | Score | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Game selection | 10 / 10 | 220 studios and more than 27,000 titles by the site’s own counter, a full live casino, and demo play without an account |
| Terms fairness | 4 / 10 | Six of the twelve risk clauses I check, and a license seal their own tag manager is coded to remove |
| Bonus value | 3 / 10 | 35x the deposit and the bonus together, about 7,000 euros of turnover per 100 euros of bonus, inside 10 days |
| Payouts and support | 4 / 10 | The operator quotes 24 hours for e-wallets, while the contract allows nine working days and caps a new account at 500 euros a day |
How this adds up. Each of the four is scored from one to ten. I add them, divide by four, and round the average to the nearest whole number, with a half rounding up. These four average 5.25, so the published score is 5. The thresholds behind every score are on my rating method page.
The Bonus, and What It Actually Costs
The banner reads 100 percent up to 500 euros plus 200 free spins. The minimum qualifying deposit is 20 euros, which is reasonable. The price of that offer is not.
Wagering is 35 times the deposit and the bonus added together. That wording matters more than any other number on this page, so here is what it does to a real deposit.
You deposit 100 euros and receive 100 euros of bonus. The two together are 200 euros. Multiply that by 35 and you must stake 7,000 euros before anything can be withdrawn.
If the requirement applied to the bonus alone, the same offer would cost 3,500 euros of turnover. The one word and doubles the real price of the headline.
| What the offer says | What the terms say | What that means for you |
|---|---|---|
| 100% up to 500 EUR | Wagering is 35x the deposit plus the bonus | 7,000 euros of turnover on a 100 euro deposit with a 100 euro bonus |
| 200 free spins | Delivered 20 per day across 10 days, each batch expiring 24 hours after it unlocks | Miss a day and that batch is gone. You cannot bank them and play them together |
| Free spin winnings | Wagered 40 times, and capped at 50 euros for a batch of 50 spins or fewer | Each batch of 20 spins sits under the 50 euro cap. Anything above it is deleted |
| Bonus winnings | Capped at 10 times the bonus amount | A 500 euro bonus releases at most 5,000 euros, however well the session goes |
| Deadline | 10 days from activation for each casino bonus | 700 euros of turnover a day for ten days straight on the example above |
| Maximum bet | 100 euros while a casino bonus is active | Unusually generous. Most casinos in this bracket cap you at 5 euros |
The 100 euro maximum bet is the one part of this offer I would call player friendly. Nearly every competitor I review sets that limit at 5 euros, and voids your balance if you cross it once.
Three details sit below the banner and change the arithmetic again. Read them before you deposit, because none of them appear on the promotion tile.
First, deposits made with Neteller or Skrill do not qualify for this promotion at all. Fund the account with either and you get your money and no bonus.
Second, table and card games contribute nothing towards the wagering. Live games contribute ten percent, video poker ten percent, and slots carry the whole load at one hundred percent.
Third, there is a list of banned slots you cannot open at all while a bonus is active. Jackpot slots and Slingo games are also closed to bonus funds.
Put together, this is a bonus built for one kind of player. You need to enjoy slots, play often, and treat the ten day clock as a schedule rather than a suggestion.
More on the offers themselves: which bonuses cost the least in turnover, what free spins are actually worth, and why a no deposit offer is capped hardest. For a larger deposit, read the clauses that decide a high roller bonus, and for what a casino pays once the welcome offer is gone, reload and cashback.
Getting Paid, and the Clause That Decides It
Most casinos promise payouts in hours or in working days. BillyBets promises them in business hours, which sounds similar and is not.
Clause 6.15 says withdrawal requests are worked through within 96 business hours. The very next sentence says the finance team processes them from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday.
That is an eleven hour working day. Ninety six hours of it is roughly eight and three quarter working days, which lands close to two calendar weeks.
I should be fair about the alternative. If they mean 96 clock hours that only tick on weekdays, the answer is four working days instead of nine.
They do not say which they mean. I score the reading their own sentence supports, because a payout promise you have to interpret is not really a promise.
The same clause adds a second clock. The 96 hours can run either from your request or from the moment your previous withdrawal was paid, whichever suits them.
Then there are the limits, and this is where the site contradicts itself. The terms set a withdrawal ceiling by VIP level, and every new account starts at Level 1.
| VIP level | Per transaction | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Level 1, where everyone starts | 500 EUR | 500 EUR | 7,000 EUR |
| Level 2 | 1,000 EUR | 2,000 EUR | 25,000 EUR |
| Level 3 | 1,000 EUR | 3,000 EUR | 30,000 EUR |
| Level 4 | 1,500 EUR | 4,000 EUR | 50,000 EUR |
| Level 5 | 1,700 EUR | 5,000 EUR | 75,000 EUR |
Where the conflict is. The public payments page offers me withdrawals of 20 to 5,000 euros by bank transfer. Clause 6.11 caps a Level 1 account at 500 euros a day. Both pages are live on the site at the same time, and only one of them can be right.
A 5,000 euro win on a new account therefore needs ten separate days of withdrawals at the published limit. Each one of those can take its own 96 business hours.
There is another side to this, and I went looking for it. BillyBets quotes much faster times per method than its own contract allows.
| Method | Time the operator quotes | What clause 6.15 allows |
|---|---|---|
| E-wallets | 0 to 24 hours | 96 business hours on an eleven hour weekday desk, which is close to nine working days |
| Cards | 3 to 5 days | |
| Bank transfer | 3 to 5 days |
Why both columns are here. The left column came from the operator and does not appear anywhere on their website. The right column is the clause you could hold them to if a payout stalled. The gap between the two is the widest I have found at any casino on this site.
If the e-wallet figure holds, BillyBets pays as fast as most of the market. That is why payouts score four here rather than the one I would give the contract alone.
It is not higher because nothing obliges them to it. A casino that can pay in a day and writes nine into its terms has chosen to keep the slower number.
There is one genuinely good rule in this section. Clause 6.8 asks you to wager only one times your deposit before withdrawing, not the three or five that is common.
If you withdraw without meeting even that, they can cancel the winnings and keep a commission. It is 10 percent of your last deposit, or 15 percent if you funded by card or bank transfer.
There is also a floor. They can refuse a withdrawal if you have not staked at least 20 euros inside the calendar month you are asking in.
Here is what the cashier actually offers a player in Slovenia, taken from the payments page on the day I wrote this.
| Method | Deposit range | Withdrawal range |
|---|---|---|
| Card | 20 to 2,000 EUR | 20 to 3,000 EUR |
| Bank transfer | Not offered | 20 to 5,000 EUR |
| Revolut | 20 to 5,000 EUR | 20 to 5,000 EUR |
| Skrill | Not offered | 20 to 5,000 EUR |
| MiFinity | 20 to 2,500 EUR | 20 to 2,500 EUR |
| Paysafecard | 20 to 1,000 EUR | Not offered |
| Bitcoin | From 30 EUR | From 60 EUR |
| Fifteen other crypto options | 20 to 5,000 EUR | 20 to 5,000 EUR |
Skrill appears as a payout method but not as a deposit method, and Skrill deposits are excluded from the welcome bonus anyway. Plan the deposit side around that.
Two more clauses belong in this section, even though neither is on the twelve point list I score. Both of them cost money rather than time.
An account untouched for 180 days becomes inactive, and they charge 5 euros a month against the balance. They also reserve the right to raise that fee without telling you.
Worse, clause 3.7 says that if you close your account while it holds money or a pending withdrawal, all of those funds are voided. Empty the account first, then close it.
The License That Is Coded to Disappear
I could not find a license on BillyBets. Not a number, not an authority, not a company name, not a registered address.
I read the footer on every page, the promotions pages, the payments page and the whole of the general terms. That document runs to roughly 260,000 characters.
The word license appears in it exactly once, in the list of identity documents you may be asked for. They mean a driving license.
Then I read their page source, and found something I have not seen before on a casino I review. Their tag manager carries a short script about a license seal.
The script looks for an element carrying an Anjouan seal attribute. Unless a condition is met, it waits two seconds after the page loads and then removes that element.
On the version of the site served to me, there was no seal in the page at all, and no request for one anywhere in the network traffic. The script had already done its work.
I want to be careful about what that proves. It tells me an Anjouan seal exists somewhere in their setup, and that the site decides per visitor whether to show it.
It does not tell me the license is invalid. It does tell me that whoever built this site chose to hide the one credential a player most needs to check.
One more detail reads the same way. Curacao sits in their list of excluded countries, which is what operators licensed from Curacao normally do.
The dispute section is the other half of this problem. Clause 14.1 says a legal claim is settled in accordance with the applicable law, and never says which law that is.
No country is named. No court is named. No regulator is named. If a payout is refused, there is no authority written into the contract that you can appeal to.
They do run an internal procedure, and it is better documented than most. You write to support, escalate in writing, and a committee answers within ten days.
Clause 13.8 then invites you to explore external dispute options, with the word here as a link. That link goes to the complaints section of a commercial casino review website.
A review site can sometimes get a stalled payout moving. It is not a regulator, it has no legal power over the operator, and it is not a substitute for one.
That is why terms fairness scores four. Six of the twelve clauses I check are live here, and the license is one the site will not put in front of you.
| Clause I check | Present here | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Cap on bonus winnings | Yes | 10x the bonus, and 50 euros on a batch of free spins |
| Maximum bet during wagering | Yes | 100 euros, which is far milder than the usual 5 |
| Winnings voided at discretion | Yes | Clauses 6.8, 6.9 and 7.3 |
| Inactive account fee | Yes | 5 euros a month after 180 days |
| Terms changed without notice | Yes | Country list, inactivity fee and promotions, all three |
| Disputes outside any named forum | Yes | Clause 14.1 names no law and no court |
| Withdrawal reversal | No | Only applied to duplicate accounts |
| Identity checks only after a win | No | Checks are allowed before and after deposits |
| Currency conversion fee | No | Nothing in the terms |
| Minimum withdrawal above the bonus cap | No | 20 euro minimum, well below the cap |
| Wagering deadline under seven days | No | You get 10 days |
| Excluded games not clearly listed | No | Banned slots and contribution rates are both published |
Six present, six absent. Open their terms and you can check every line of this table yourself.
What You Can Actually Play
This is the part of BillyBets that is genuinely exceptional, and it is the reason the score is four rather than two.
Their providers page lists every studio with a game count beside it. I counted 220 studios, and the counts add up to more than 27,000 titles.
That figure is the operator’s own, and a number that large almost certainly counts some games more than once across lobbies. Even at half of it, this is the biggest library I have measured.
More useful than the total is who is in it. The studios that matter are all present rather than replaced by cheap lookalikes.
| What you are looking for | Who supplies it here |
|---|---|
| Live dealer tables | Evolution, Pragmatic Live, Ezugi, OnAir, Winfinity, Atmosfera |
| The big slot names | Pragmatic, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Playtech, Yggdrasil, Games Global, Red Tiger |
| High volatility slots | Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, Push Gaming, Big Time Gaming, ELK, Relax |
| Crash and instant games | Spribe, Smartsoft, Evoplay, Turbo style titles across several studios |
| Local and classic machines | Amatic, Novomatic, Merkur, Amusnet, Kajot, CT Interactive |
The live casino is split into sensible rooms rather than one endless grid. There is a top tables room, roulette, blackjack, baccarat and dice, poker and game shows.
There is also a branded room called Gold Saloon with tables that carry the BillyBets name. Stakes on the live tables I opened ran from 10 cents to 20,000 euros.
Every game I tried offered a demo button, including the live tables, and none of them asked me to register first. That is how it should work and it often does not.
Use the demo mode before you deposit. With a bonus running, slots carry the full wagering weight while live games count for a tenth, so the library you can actually use shrinks.
Support
There is a live chat button on every page, and two email addresses. General questions go to the support inbox, and formal complaints to a separate complaints inbox.
Having a dedicated complaints address with a written procedure behind it is better than most casinos at this level manage. The committee has ten days to answer you.
What is missing is a help centre. Their own error page links to one, and that link returns another error page. I tried it from two different routes.
So there is no searchable article library, no published support hours and no phone number. Everything funnels into chat, which is fine until chat cannot answer.
Playing From Slovenia
BillyBets runs a real Slovenian site, and I read it on 15 October 2026. The interface declares Slovenian in its code and the menu is translated throughout: Igre, Kategorije, Ponudniki, Promocije, Igralnica v živo, Jackpoti, Šport, Stave v živo, Izzivi, Turnirji and Center za pomoč.
The terms are translated section by section, including the one on bonuses and promotions, which is the part most operators leave in English. The payments page is in Slovenian as well, Slovenija is selectable in its country list, and the currency is the euro.
The excluded jurisdictions clause lists 35 countries, among them Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Slovenia is not on it, so a Slovenian player can open an account.
Read the language and the clause together, though. Clause 6.15 still allows the casino 96 business hours to process a withdrawal, on a support desk that runs eleven hours a day, and that figure reads the same in Slovenian as it does in English.
Who This Is For, and Who Should Walk Away
I can describe the player who will be happy here quite precisely, because the terms draw the outline for me.
You play slots rather than tables. You deposit modest amounts and play them out rather than cashing out often. You value range above everything else.
For that player, 27,000 titles from 220 studios with free demos is a real offer, and a 100 euro bonus bet limit is a freedom almost nobody else gives.
Use an e-wallet if you want your money quickly, because that is the only route the operator puts at 24 hours. A new account can still only take out 500 euros a day.
Walk away if a license matters to you, and it should. There is no authority named anywhere, and no court or regulator written into the dispute clause.
Walk away if you were planning to chase the full 500 euro bonus. That costs 35,000 euros of turnover inside ten days, which is not a casual commitment.
Also check the country list before you register. Thirty five countries cannot open an account at all, including the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Romania, Bulgaria and Malta.
Six more countries can hold an account but cannot take any promotion. Those are Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia.
My Verdict
BillyBets is the clearest split I have reviewed. The product is outstanding and the contract behind it is among the weakest on this site.
Ten out of ten for the games is not a courtesy. No casino I have measured comes close to 220 studios, and the live rooms are properly built.
Four out of ten for payouts is the gap between what they say and what they sign. The operator quotes 24 hours for an e-wallet, the contract allows nine working days.
The four numbers average 5.25, which rounds to five. Five of ten means playable with care, not recommended.
If you do play here, deposit small, keep your balance moving, and withdraw in amounts that fit under 500 euros a day. Never leave money sitting in the account.
I will raise this score the day they publish a license number and a payout time in plain days. Both of those are a single afternoon of work for them.
FAQ About BillyBets Casino
Is BillyBets licensed?
No license is published anywhere on the site. I read the footer, the promotions pages, the payments page and the full general terms, and found nothing. Their own tag manager contains a script that removes an Anjouan license seal from the page, so a seal exists somewhere in their setup, but it was not shown to me.
What is the BillyBets welcome bonus?
A 100 percent match up to 500 euros plus 200 free spins, on a minimum deposit of 20 euros. The spins arrive in batches of 20 a day for ten days, and each batch expires 24 hours after it unlocks.
What is the wagering requirement?
Thirty five times the deposit and the bonus added together, not the bonus alone. On a 100 euro deposit with a 100 euro bonus that is 7,000 euros of turnover, and you have ten days to complete it.
Is there a maximum bet while the bonus is running?
Yes, 100 euros per bet. That is unusually generous. Most casinos in this bracket cap bonus play at 5 euros and void your balance if you go over once.
How much can I actually win from the bonus?
Bonus winnings are capped at ten times the bonus, so a 500 euro bonus releases at most 5,000 euros. Free spin winnings are capped separately at 50 euros for a batch of 50 spins or fewer.
How many games does BillyBets have, and can I try them for free?
The providers page lists 220 studios whose counts add up to more than 27,000 titles. That is the operator’s own figure and it probably counts some games twice, but the library is still the largest I have measured. Yes. Every game I opened had a demo button, including the live tables, and none of them required an account. I would use it before depositing, since table games contribute nothing to bonus wagering.
What payment methods can I use?
From Slovenia the cashier offers card, Revolut, MiFinity and Paysafecard for deposits, and card, bank transfer, Revolut, Skrill and MiFinity for withdrawals. There are also sixteen crypto options on both sides.
What are the BillyBets withdrawal limits and how long does a payout take?
Yes, and the site states two different ones. The payments page offers up to 5,000 euros per withdrawal, while clause 6.11 caps a new Level 1 account at 500 euros per transaction, 500 euros a day and 7,000 euros a month. It depends on which source you read. The operator quotes 0 to 24 hours for e-wallets and three to five days for cards and bank transfers. Clause 6.15 of their own terms allows 96 business hours on an eleven hour weekday desk, which is close to nine working days, and none of the faster figures appear on their website.
Are there any fees?
There is no standard withdrawal fee. There is a 5 euro monthly charge once an account sits untouched for 180 days, and a commission of 10 percent, or 15 percent on card and bank deposits, if you withdraw without wagering your deposit once.
Which countries cannot play at BillyBets?
Thirty five countries are excluded outright, among them the United Kingdom, the United States, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Romania, Bulgaria, Malta, Cyprus and Curacao. Six more, including Bosnia and Herzegovina, can play but cannot take promotions.
Who Wrote This

I came to this from finance, which is probably why I read a casino the way I read a contract. The marketing sits on the homepage, and the clause that decides whether you get paid sits twelve pages down.
I am responsible for everything published here. Every score carries my name, whether or not I wrote the review it appears in. If you find a figure that no longer holds, write to me.
