Spinanga scores 6 out of 10 with me. It pays faster than most casinos in this bracket, and it still will not tell you who licenses it.
The library is the second largest I have measured. The welcome bonus is one of the most expensive, because of a single word in clause 11 of the offer terms.
| What I scored | Score | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Game selection | 10 / 10 | 222 studios and close to 29,000 titles by the site’s own counter, plus 1,522 live tables |
| Payouts and support | 6 / 10 | Three business days in writing, the operator quotes 24 hours for e-wallets and crypto, but a new account can take out only 500 euros a day |
| Terms fairness | 4 / 10 | Six of the twelve risk clauses I check, and a license seal their own tag manager is coded to remove |
| Bonus value | 3 / 10 | 35x the deposit and the bonus together, about 7,000 euros of turnover per 100 euros of bonus, inside 10 days |
How this adds up. Each of the four is scored from one to ten. I add them, divide by four, and round the average to the nearest whole number, with a half rounding up. These four average 5.75, so the published score is 6. The thresholds behind every score are on my rating method page.
The Bonus, and What It Actually Costs
The banner says 100 percent up to 500 euros plus 200 free spins. The qualifying deposit is only 20 euros, which is low enough for most people to try.
Then you reach the wagering. It is 35 times the deposit and the bonus added together, not 35 times the bonus on its own.
Deposit 100 euros and you get 100 euros of bonus. The pair is 200 euros, and 35 times that is 7,000 euros you must stake before a withdrawal is possible.
Had the requirement applied to the bonus alone, the figure would be 3,500 euros. One word in the terms doubles what the same headline costs you.
| What the offer says | What the terms say | What that means for you |
|---|---|---|
| 100% up to 500 EUR | Wagering is 35x the deposit plus the bonus | 7,000 euros of turnover on a 100 euro deposit with a 100 euro bonus |
| 200 free spins | Released 20 a day for 10 days, and each batch expires 24 hours after it unlocks | Skip a day and that batch is gone. You cannot save them up for one session |
| Free spin winnings | Wagered 40 times, on top of everything above | Spin winnings are the slowest money in the account to become yours |
| Bonus winnings | Capped at 10 times the bonus | A 500 euro bonus releases 5,000 euros at most, whatever the session does |
| Deadline | 10 days for every casino bonus | Seven hundred euros of turnover a day, every day, on the example above |
| Maximum bet | 100 euros while a casino bonus is running | Genuinely generous. Most rivals stop you at 5 euros and void the balance if you slip |
The 100 euro bet ceiling deserves credit. It is twenty times what the average competitor allows, and it is the single most player friendly line in these terms.
Three conditions sit underneath the offer and none of them appear on the banner. Each one changes what the bonus is worth to you.
Deposits made with Neteller or Skrill are excluded from the promotion entirely. Fund the account that way and you receive your money with no bonus attached.
Table games and card games contribute zero percent to the wagering. Live games and video poker contribute ten percent, and slots carry the full weight at one hundred.
Jackpot slots, Slingo and bingo cannot be played with bonus money at all, and a named list of slots is closed to you while any bonus is active.
More on the offers themselves: which bonuses cost the least in turnover, what free spins are actually worth, and why a no deposit offer is capped hardest. For a larger deposit, read the clauses that decide a high roller bonus, and for what a casino pays once the welcome offer is gone, reload and cashback.
The Crypto Welcome Offer, a Different Deal Entirely
Spinanga runs a second welcome bonus for crypto deposits, and most reviews treat it as the same offer in another currency. It is not.
It pays 200 percent up to 3,000 USDT, which is about 2,640 euros. The minimum deposit is 100 USDT rather than 20 euros, so the entry price is five times higher.
Wagering is 40 times the deposit and the bonus together, inside the same ten days. That multiplier is higher than the fiat offer, but the match rate is double.
Here is the comparison that matters, because the headline percentages hide it. I have worked both offers out per 100 units of bonus money received.
| Offer | Minimum deposit | Turnover per 100 of bonus | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|
| Casino welcome, 100% up to 500 EUR | 20 EUR | 7,000 EUR | Expensive, but cheap to enter and easy to cap |
| Crypto welcome, 200% up to 3,000 USDT | 100 USDT | 6,000 USDT | Better value per unit, far larger commitment |
Accepted coins for the crypto offer are Tether, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, Ripple and USD Coin. The 100 euro maximum bet and the ten times cashout cap apply to both offers.
The crypto version is the better deal per unit of bonus, and the worse deal for a careful player. A 100 USDT deposit commits you to 12,000 USDT of turnover in ten days.
Getting Paid, and Who to Ask When It Stalls
This is where Spinanga separates itself from the pack it belongs to. Clause 6.15 commits the finance department to three business days.
That is a real number in writing, and I score it as one. Many casinos at this level publish no timeframe at all, which is always worse than a slow one.
Two things hold it back from a higher score. The same clause says the desk runs from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday, so weekends do not count.
Request a payout on Friday evening and the three days start on Monday. In practice you are waiting until the middle of the following week.
The clause also lets the three days run from the moment your previous withdrawal was paid rather than from your new request. Back to back payouts queue behind each other.
Then come the limits, and here the site disagrees with itself. The terms cap withdrawals by VIP level, and every new account opens at Level 1.
| VIP level | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1, where everyone starts | 500 EUR | 7,000 EUR |
| Level 2 | 500 EUR | 10,000 EUR |
| Level 3 | 800 EUR | 12,000 EUR |
| Level 4 | 1,000 EUR | 15,000 EUR |
| Level 5 | 1,500 EUR | 20,000 EUR |
Where the conflict is. The public payments page offers me withdrawals of 10 to 5,000 euros by bank transfer. Clause 6.11 caps a Level 1 account at 500 euros a day. Both pages were live at the same time when I checked, and only one of them can be true.
A 5,000 euro win on a fresh account therefore means ten separate withdrawal days, not one. The three day promise applies to each of them in turn.
I also asked Spinanga for the times method by method, because the terms give one figure for everything. They supplied the numbers below.
| Method | Time the operator quotes | What clause 6.15 allows |
|---|---|---|
| E-wallets | 0 to 24 hours | Three business days, on a weekday desk that runs eleven hours a day |
| Crypto | 0 to 24 hours | |
| Cards | 3 to 5 days | |
| Bank transfer | 3 to 7 days |
Why both columns are here. The left column came from the operator and is not published on their site. The right column is the clause you could hold them to. Unlike most casinos I review, the two are close together, which is a point in Spinanga’s favour.
Those figures take payouts from five to six. The gap between what they promise and what they quote is small, and that is rarer than it should be.
One rule here is better than the market. Clause 6.8 only asks you to wager your deposit once before withdrawing, where three or five times is the industry habit.
Fail even that and there is a price. They can cancel the winnings and keep 10 percent of your last deposit, or 15 percent if you funded by card or bank transfer.
Here is what the cashier offered a player in Slovenia on the day I wrote this. The deposit minimum of 10 euros is among the lowest I have seen.
| Method | Deposit range | Withdrawal range |
|---|---|---|
| Card | 10 to 2,000 EUR | 10 to 3,000 EUR |
| Bank transfer | Not offered | 10 to 5,000 EUR |
| Revolut | 10 to 5,000 EUR | 10 to 5,000 EUR |
| Skrill | Not offered | 10 to 5,000 EUR |
| MiFinity | 10 to 2,500 EUR | 10 to 2,500 EUR |
| Paysafecard | 10 to 1,000 EUR | Not offered |
| PlayID | 10 to 2,000 EUR | 20 to 1,500 EUR |
| Bitcoin | From 30 EUR | From 60 EUR |
| Fifteen other crypto options | From 10 EUR | From 20 EUR |
Skrill pays out but cannot be used to deposit, and a Skrill deposit would void the welcome bonus anyway. Choose the deposit method with that in mind.
Support is a live chat button on every page plus two addresses. General questions go to the support inbox, and formal complaints to a separate complaints inbox.
The complaints procedure is written out properly. You escalate in writing, a committee reviews the case, and they answer within ten days unless the case is complex.
Two fees are worth knowing before you open an account. Neither is unusual, but both are easy to walk into.
An account left alone for 180 days becomes inactive and is charged 5 euros a month, and they reserve the right to raise that fee without notice.
Clause 3.7 is the one to remember. Close your account while it still holds money or an unpaid withdrawal, and all of those funds are voided.
The License That Is Coded to Disappear
Spinanga publishes no license. There is no number, no authority, no operating company and no registered address anywhere a player can reach.
I read the footer, the promotions pages, the payments page and the general terms end to end. That document is about 263,000 characters long.
The word license appears in it once, inside the list of documents they may ask you for during verification. They mean a driving license.
Then I read the page source. Inside their tag manager sits a short script that looks for an element carrying an Anjouan seal attribute.
Unless a condition is satisfied, the script waits two seconds after the page loads and deletes that element. On the site served to me there was no seal at all.
I found the identical script, character for character apart from one account number, on another casino I reviewed this week. These two brands run on the same platform.
Their terms are near identical too, down to the clause numbering, the prohibited games list and the inactivity fee. Spinanga’s own footer links to a nine brand affiliate program.
None of that proves the license is invalid. It proves the site decides, per visitor, whether to show you the one credential you would want to check.
Curacao also appears in their list of excluded countries, which is what operators holding a Curacao permission normally do. The signals point somewhere, and the site stays silent.
The dispute clause is the other half of the problem. Clause 14.1 says a claim is settled in accordance with the applicable law, and never names a law.
No country, no court, no regulator. If a payout is refused and the internal committee says no, nothing in the contract tells you where to go next.
Clause 13.8 does offer external options, with the word here as a link. That link opens the complaints section of a commercial casino review site, which is not a regulator.
| Clause I check | Present here | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Cap on bonus winnings | Yes | Ten times the bonus, on both welcome offers |
| Maximum bet during wagering | Yes | 100 euros, which is far milder than the usual 5 |
| Winnings voided at discretion | Yes | Clauses 6.8, 6.9 and 7.3 |
| Inactive account fee | Yes | 5 euros a month after 180 days |
| Terms changed without notice | Yes | Country list, inactivity fee and promotions |
| Disputes outside any named forum | Yes | Clause 14.1 names no law and no court |
| Withdrawal reversal | No | Only ever applied to duplicate accounts |
| Identity checks only after a win | No | Checks are allowed before and after a deposit |
| Currency conversion fee | No | Nothing in the terms |
| Minimum withdrawal above the bonus cap | No | The minimum is 10 euros, far below the cap |
| Wagering deadline under seven days | No | You get 10 days |
| Excluded games not clearly listed | No | Banned slots and contribution rates are both published |
Six present and six absent. Every line is checkable in their own terms, and I have given you the clause numbers.
What You Can Actually Play
This is the strongest part of Spinanga, and it is not close. Their providers page lists every studio with a game count beside it.
I counted 222 studios, and those counts add up to roughly 28,900 titles. The figure is theirs, and a number that big will count some games twice across lobbies.
Even halved it would still beat almost everything else I have reviewed. What matters more is that the studios people actually look for are all here.
| What you are looking for | Who supplies it here |
|---|---|
| Live dealer tables | Evolution, Pragmatic Live, Ezugi, OnAir, Winfinity, Atmosfera, Bombay Live |
| The big slot names | Pragmatic, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Playtech, Yggdrasil, Games Global, Red Tiger, Blueprint |
| High volatility slots | Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, Push Gaming, Big Time Gaming, ELK, Relax Gaming |
| Crash and instant games | Spribe, Smartsoft, Evoplay, Turbo Games, Galaxsys |
| Local and classic machines | Amatic, Novomatic, Merkur, Amusnet, Kajot, Casino Technology, Fazi |
The live casino is the part that surprised me. Their own counter shows 1,522 live tables, which is more than some casinos have games in total.
It is split into rooms rather than one long scroll. There is a top tables room, roulette, blackjack, baccarat and dice, poker, game shows and a Turkish language room.
There is also a branded Gold Saloon with tables carrying the Spinanga name. Stakes on the live tables I opened ran from 10 cents up to 20,000 euros.
Slots can be opened in demo mode from the lobby without an account. Use it, because with a bonus running only slots carry the full wagering weight.
Playing From Slovenia
Spinanga runs a full Slovenian site and I opened it myself on 15 October 2026. The page declares Slovenian in its own code, and the navigation follows: Igre, Igralnica v živo, Jackpoti, Šport, Stave v živo, Virtualni športi, VIP stopnje and Center za pomoč.
The translation does not stop at the buttons, which is where most casinos stop. The terms are in Slovenian too, version 1.12 with effect from 19 August 2026, with the sections on your account, deposits and withdrawals and bonuses all readable in your own language. The payments page is translated as well, and Slovenija sits in its country list.
The excluded jurisdictions clause names 25 countries and Slovenia is not one of them, so registration is open. From Slovenia the cashier offers card, Revolut, MiFinity, Paysafecard and PlayID going in, and card, bank transfer, Revolut, Skrill, MiFinity and PlayID coming back out. The euro is the account currency, so nothing is converted.
What the language does not change is the contract. Three business days is still the written payout time, the finance desk still works weekdays only, and a new account still takes out no more than 500 euros a day. A translated page is not a translated promise.
Who This Is For, and Who Should Walk Away
The player who will do well here is easy to describe, because the terms draw the shape for me.
You are a slots player first. You deposit modest amounts, you withdraw in sums under 500 euros, and you want more games than you could ever work through.
For that player, three business days and a 10 euro deposit floor make this one of the easier accounts to run in this part of the market.
Walk away if a license number is part of your checklist, and I think it should be. There is no authority named and no forum written into the dispute clause.
Walk away if you expect to win in four figures and take it out quickly. A new account is capped at 500 euros a day and 7,000 euros a month.
Think twice before chasing the maximum bonus. The full 500 euros costs 35,000 euros of turnover in ten days, and the crypto version costs far more.
Check the country list first as well. Twenty five countries cannot open an account, among them the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Romania, Bulgaria, Malta and Cyprus.
Six more can hold an account but take no promotions at all. Those are Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia.
My Verdict
Spinanga is the better built version of a model I have now seen twice. Same platform, same contract, and a payout clause that is far more honest.
Three business days in writing is worth real money to a player. So is a 100 euro bonus bet ceiling, a 10 euro deposit floor and a one times rollover rule.
Against that sits the silence about the license, and a dispute clause that points nowhere. Those two things keep terms fairness at four and cap the whole score.
Five of ten is the midpoint of my scale, and it is the right place for this casino. Good product, unfinished paperwork.
If you play here, keep deposits small, withdraw in amounts under the daily cap, and never leave a balance sitting while you take a few months off.
Publish a license number and name a regulator and this becomes a seven. Everything else they need for that score is already built.
FAQ About Spinanga Casino
Is Spinanga licensed?
No license is published anywhere on the site. I checked the footer, the promotions pages, the payments page and the full general terms. Their tag manager does contain a script that removes an Anjouan license seal from the page, so a seal exists in their setup, but it was never shown to me.
What is the Spinanga welcome bonus?
A 100 percent match up to 500 euros plus 200 free spins, on a minimum deposit of 20 euros. The spins arrive in batches of 20 a day for ten days and each batch expires after 24 hours.
What is the wagering requirement?
Thirty five times the deposit and the bonus added together, not the bonus alone. On a 100 euro deposit with a 100 euro bonus that is 7,000 euros of turnover inside ten days.
Is the crypto welcome bonus better?
Per unit of bonus, yes. It pays 200 percent up to 3,000 USDT at 40 times the deposit and bonus, which is 6,000 of turnover per 100 of bonus against 7,000 on the fiat offer. The minimum deposit is 100 USDT, so the commitment is much larger.
Is there a maximum bet while a bonus is running?
Yes, 100 euros per bet. That is unusually high. Most casinos in this bracket cap bonus play at 5 euros and void the balance the first time you exceed it.
How much can I win from the bonus?
Winnings released from a bonus are capped at ten times the bonus amount, so a 500 euro bonus can release 5,000 euros at most. The cap applies to the crypto offer as well.
How many games does Spinanga have?
The providers page lists 222 studios whose counts total about 28,900 titles, and the live casino counter shows 1,522 tables. Those are the operator’s own figures and they likely count some games more than once.
What payment methods can I use, and are there any fees?
From Slovenia the cashier takes card, Revolut, MiFinity, Paysafecard and PlayID for deposits, and card, bank transfer, Revolut, Skrill, MiFinity and PlayID for withdrawals. Sixteen crypto options work on both sides. There is no standard withdrawal fee. An account untouched for 180 days is charged 5 euros a month, and withdrawing without wagering your deposit once can cost 10 percent, or 15 percent on card and bank deposits.
What are the Spinanga withdrawal limits and how long does a payout take?
Yes, and the site publishes two different answers. The payments page offers up to 5,000 euros per withdrawal, while clause 6.11 caps a new Level 1 account at 500 euros a day and 7,000 euros a month. Clause 6.15 commits to three business days, and the finance desk works 6 AM to 5 PM GMT on weekdays only. The operator quotes 24 hours for e-wallets and crypto, which is faster than the contract requires, but that figure is nowhere on their website.
Which countries cannot play at Spinanga?
Twenty five countries are excluded, including the United Kingdom, the United States, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Romania, Bulgaria, Malta, Cyprus and Curacao. Six more, Bosnia and Herzegovina among them, can play but take no promotions.

Who Wrote This

I came to this from finance, which is probably why I read a casino the way I read a contract. The marketing sits on the homepage, and the clause that decides whether you get paid sits twelve pages down.
