Every casino on this page takes Skrill, and almost all of them pay back to it, which is the part that matters. Skrill clears faster than a card or a bank transfer at nearly every operator I have reviewed, usually inside a day once the pending period ends. The catch is the welcome bonus. Several casinos exclude Skrill deposits from it, StoneVegas among them, so check the promotion terms before you fund the account rather than after.
