Nomini Casino scores 5 out of 10 with me. It is one of the very few casinos on this site that speaks Slovenian, and the library behind that is genuinely large.
What it will not tell you is who runs it. No company name, no license number, no registered address, and the register that should carry the domain does not have it.
| What I scored | Score | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Game selection | 8 / 10 | More than 10,000 games by their own count, 64 studios, a full live casino, jackpot rooms and a sportsbook running alongside |
| Bonus value | 5 / 10 | 100 percent up to €500 with 200 spins, undercut by 35 times the deposit and bonus in 10 days and a €100 ceiling on everything those spins win |
| Payouts and support | 4 / 10 | Up to five days pending before the money even starts moving, a €500 daily ceiling at the entry level, and nothing processed at the weekend |
| Terms fairness | 4 / 10 | The terms run to 107,000 characters and hide nothing, but the site names no operator and the Anjouan register returns no result for nomini.com |
How I weigh this. Each of the four counts the same, which gives 5.25 and rounds to 5. Nomini is better at the things you can see than at the things you have to look up. The lobby, the Slovenian translation and the written rules are all above average here. The cashier is slow, and the license is a claim rather than a record.
The Bonus, and What It Actually Costs
The headline is 100 percent up to 500 euros plus 200 free spins. I read the offer page and clause 7 of the rules so you do not have to, and the cost is in two places.
| The clause | What it says |
|---|---|
| What you get | 100 percent of your first deposit up to €500, plus 200 free spins |
| Minimum deposit | €20 |
| Methods that do not qualify | Skrill and Neteller |
| Wagering | 35x the deposit and the bonus together |
| Turnover per €100 of bonus | €7,000 |
| Time to clear it | 10 days |
| Maximum bet while wagering | €100 |
| Most the bonus itself can pay | 10x the bonus amount |
| Most the 200 spins can pay | €100 in total |
| How the spins arrive | 20 a day for 10 days, and each batch dies 24 hours after it unlocks |
| Wagering on free spin winnings | 40x |
Do the arithmetic before you claim it. Deposit the full 500 euros and you take a 500 euro bonus, so the wagering runs on 1,000 euros at 35 times. That is 35,000 euros of turnover, inside 10 days, which is 3,500 euros a day every day. Meanwhile the 200 free spins, the part of the offer that looks biggest in the banner, can never pay you more than 100 euros no matter what they hit.
One clause here is unusually generous, and I want to say so plainly. The maximum bet while a bonus is live is 100 euros. Most casinos I review cap it at five. That single line is worth more than it looks, because it lets you clear the turnover at a sane pace instead of grinding 7,000 spins at a euro each.
The reloads around it are steadier than the welcome offer. There is 50 free spins a week, a weekend reload of 700 euros with 50 spins, daily cashback of 15 percent up to 400 euros and live cashback of 25 percent up to 200. Cashback is the one promotion type that cannot cost you money, so if you play here regularly, that is where the real value sits.
The License That No Register Confirms
This is the part that decides the score. I read the footer, the About page and the full rules document, and Nomini never names the company behind it. The strongest statement on the site is four words long: Nomini is a licensed casino site.
The casino databases fill the gap for them. They credit an Anjouan license and an operator called Stellar Ltd. So I went to the Anjouan Gaming Authority register and looked for both.
| What I checked | What came back |
|---|---|
| License shown on the site | None. No number, no regulator, no company, no address |
| What the databases say | Anjouan Gaming Board, operator Stellar Ltd |
| Is Stellar Ltd in the register | Yes. ALSI-202411077-FI2, valid 22 November 2024 to 21 November 2026 |
| Domains listed under that license | 18, and nomini.com is not one of them |
| Searching nomini.com in the register | 0 of 1,343 licenses |
| Dispute resolution body | None named anywhere on the site |
Read that fourth row twice. Stellar Ltd is a real license holder with a real number, and I can see its entry. The 18 domains it covers are listed beside it, one by one, and nomini.com is not among them. A license covers the domains written on it. If yours is missing from the list, the license is not covering you, whatever a database says.
There is a second thing in that row worth noting. The Stellar Ltd license expires on 21 November 2026, which is about six weeks from the day I checked. I have no way of knowing whether it gets renewed, and neither will you, because nothing on Nomini points at it in the first place.
I am not telling you the site is unlicensed. I am telling you I could not confirm that it is, and that the operator has made confirming it impossible by publishing nothing. On a site where I can usually match a number to a register in two minutes, that is a deliberate silence.
Getting Paid
| Step | How long it takes |
|---|---|
| Pending period before anything moves | 0 to 5 days |
| E-wallets after that | 24 to 72 hours |
| Cards after that | 1 to 5 days |
| Bank transfer after that | 1 to 5 days |
| Cashouts at the weekend | Not processed |
| Deposit and withdrawal fees | None |
| Ceiling at the entry VIP level | €500 a day, €7,000 a month |
| Ceiling at the top VIP level | €1,500 a day, €20,000 a month |
| Dormant account charge | €5 a month, after 180 days without a login |
Add the first two rows together, because the casino does not. Five days of pending and then three more for an e-wallet is eight days from request to money, and that is the published range, not a worst case I invented. The daily ceiling is the other half of the problem. Win 5,000 euros at the entry level and you are filing withdrawal requests for ten days straight, while the balance sits in the account where it can be played back.
The dormancy clause is the fairest one I have read this month. Five euros a month after six months of silence is a real charge, but six months is a reasonable warning and five euros will not empty an account. Compare that with the casinos here that take 20 percent a month after 60 days.
What You Can Actually Play
This is the strongest part of the site. Nomini claims more than 10,000 casino games, and the counters on its own category pages back the scale up rather than contradicting it.
| Section | What is on offer |
|---|---|
| Total casino games claimed | More than 10,000 |
| Studios | 64, including Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Evolution, Nolimit City, Hacksaw, Relax and Yggdrasil |
| New games | 1,414 by the site counter |
| Live casino | Roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, game shows and a Gold Saloon room |
| Jackpots | Five rooms, including a progressive called WonderPot and Drops and Wins |
| Sportsbook | More than 50,000 events claimed, plus live betting, horse racing and virtual sports |
| Demo play without an account | Yes on the slots |
Sixty-four studios is mid-table on this site, not a record. Two of the casinos I have reviewed this year list more than 200. What Nomini has instead is the right 64. The studios that actually make the games people search for are all here, and the live casino and the sportsbook sit in the same account rather than behind a separate login.
Playing in Slovenian
I check this on every casino I review, and almost all of them fail it. Nomini does not. The site has a full Slovenian version, not a translated homepage with English underneath it. The menu reads Igralnica v zivo and Center za pomoc, and the welcome banner is headed Bonus dobrodoslice.
Slovenia is also absent from the excluded jurisdictions in clause 2.3 of the rules, which lists 27 countries and territories including the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the United States, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania and Malta. So registration is open and the interface is in your language.
One warning about what that does not buy you. A Slovenian interface is a marketing decision, not a regulatory one. The rules you agree to are the same rules, and there is no Slovenian regulator standing behind them.
Support and Player Protection
| Channel or tool | What you get |
|---|---|
| Live chat | 24 hours a day |
| support@nomini.com | |
| Help centre | Yes, with its own section in the footer |
| Deposit limit you can set yourself | Not offered |
| Loss, wager and session limits | Not offered |
| Cool off | Only by asking support |
| Self-exclusion | Only by emailing support |
| Reality check | Not offered |
| Help organizations listed | GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy |
Every protection here runs through a person. There is no switch in your account that caps a deposit, closes the tap on a losing session or reminds you how long you have been playing. If you want any of it, you have to ask for it, in chat or by email, at the moment you least feel like asking. That is a design choice and it is not in your favor.
Who This Is For
| You are | My read |
|---|---|
| Someone who wants the site in Slovenian | This is one of the few real options, and the translation is complete |
| A slots player who likes variety | Ten thousand games and the studios that matter, with demo play before you deposit |
| A bonus player chasing the welcome offer | 35 times the deposit and bonus in 10 days, with the spin winnings capped at €100 |
| Someone who takes cashback over bonuses | Daily 15 percent and live 25 percent are the best value on the site |
| A player who wants money out quickly | Up to five days pending, no weekend processing, €500 a day to start |
| Someone who needs a license they can look up | Walk away. The register does not have this domain |
| A bettor who wants sport in the same account | Full sportsbook, live betting, horse racing and virtuals, no second login |
My Verdict
Five out of ten, and the half point that pushed it to five rather than four is the Slovenian site. That matters here. Most of the casinos I review treat this market as an afterthought, and Nomini has translated the whole thing.
The rest of the picture is mixed in a way I can live with. The library is big and well chosen. The rules are published in full and they hide nothing, which is more than I can say for half this site. The maximum bet clause is the most generous I have read all year, and the dormancy charge is mild. Against that, the cashier is slow at both ends, the entry level ceiling of 500 euros a day is low, and nothing moves at the weekend.
What keeps the score at five is the license. Stellar Ltd exists in the Anjouan register with a number I can read and 18 domains I can count, and nomini.com is not one of them. The casino itself publishes nothing I could have checked instead. If something goes wrong with your account, there is no regulator named on the site and no dispute body to escalate to.
If you play here, play in Slovenian, take the cashback instead of the welcome bonus, keep the balance low and withdraw on a weekday. Do not let five figures sit in an account that pays out 500 euros a day.
FAQ About Nomini Casino
Is Nomini Casino licensed, and who owns it?
I could not confirm it. Nomini publishes no license number, no regulator and no company name anywhere on the site. The casino databases credit an Anjouan license held by Stellar Ltd, so I searched the Anjouan Gaming Authority register on 13 October 2026. Stellar Ltd is there, license ALSI-202411077-FI2, with 18 domains listed against it. Nomini.com is not one of them, and searching the domain itself returns zero results out of 1,343 licenses. The site does not say. There is no operating company, no registration number and no registered address in the footer, on the About page or anywhere in the 107,000 characters of the rules. Casino databases name Stellar Ltd, the same company credited with Buran Casino, but Nomini itself has never published that and I cannot verify it from the site.
What is the Nomini welcome bonus?
One hundred percent of your first deposit up to 500 euros, plus 200 free spins. The minimum deposit is 20 euros and deposits made with Skrill or Neteller do not qualify. The spins arrive 20 a day for 10 days, and each batch expires 24 hours after it unlocks, so you have to log in daily to use them all.
What is the wagering requirement at Nomini?
Thirty-five times, and it runs on your deposit and the bonus together rather than the bonus alone. That means 7,000 euros of turnover for every 100 euros of bonus. You have 10 days to finish it. Free spin winnings carry a separate 40 times requirement.
How much can the free spins pay me?
One hundred euros in total, whatever they hit. The offer terms cap the amount released from free spins into your real balance at 50 euros for offers up to 50 spins and 100 euros for larger ones. Anything above that is voided. This is the clause that does the most damage to a 200 spin headline.
What are the Nomini withdrawal limits and how long does a payout take?
They depend on your VIP level and they start low. Level one allows 500 euros a day and 7,000 euros a month. Level five, the top of the ladder, allows 1,500 euros a day and 20,000 a month. Most players never leave level one, so the practical ceiling is 500 euros a day. Longer than most. The pending period alone is quoted as nought to five days, and only after that does the payment start moving. E-wallets then take 24 to 72 hours, while cards and bank transfers take one to five days. Eight days from request to money is inside their own published range.
Can I withdraw at the weekend?
No. Weekend cashouts are not processed, so a request filed on Friday evening sits until the following week before the pending clock even finishes. Plan withdrawals for Monday to Thursday.
Is Nomini available in Slovenian, and does it accept players from Slovenia?
Yes, and the translation is complete rather than cosmetic. The site runs at nomini.com in Slovenian with the navigation, the promotions and the help centre all translated. That makes it one of a small handful of casinos on this site you can actually use in your own language. Yes. Clause 2.3 of the rules lists 27 excluded countries and territories, among them the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the United States, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania and Malta. Slovenia is not on that list, so registration is open.
What payment methods does Nomini accept?
A wide set. Cards, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Payz, MiFinity, Revolut, Jeton, Neosurf, Zimpler, SticPay, Rapid Transfer and SEPA, plus Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Bitcoin Cash, Tether, USD Coin and DAI. There are no deposit or withdrawal fees. Remember that Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus.
Does Nomini have sports betting?
Yes, in the same account as the casino. The sportsbook claims more than 50,000 events and comes with live betting, horse racing and virtual sports. Sports bonuses get 30 days to clear rather than the 10 days the casino bonuses get.
Can I set a deposit limit at Nomini?
Not by yourself. There is no deposit limit, loss limit, session limit or reality check in the account settings. A cool off period and self-exclusion both exist, but you have to request them from live chat or by emailing support@nomini.com. Nothing stops you in the moment.
Who Wrote This

I came to this from finance, which is probably why I read a casino the way I read a contract. The marketing sits on the homepage, and the clause that decides whether you get paid sits twelve pages down.
I am responsible for everything published here. Every score carries my name, whether or not I wrote the review it appears in. If you find a figure that no longer holds, write to me.
