Read the middle row twice. Finding the exact domain in a regulator’s own list puts HellSpin in a group of three on this site. That is real and it is worth something. But the Estonian claim did not survive contact with the Estonian register, which is current to 1 October 2026 and lists the website of every operator it licenses. I am not calling it a false claim, because the databases, not the casino, are where I read it. I am telling you that one of the three licenses you may have seen advertised is not in the register that would show it.

The first row explains the second and the third. HellSpin does not charge a commission, and says so plainly. What it reserves is the right to pass on the processing costs when somebody deposits, plays almost nothing and asks for the money straight back.
