Rolletto Casino scores 5 out of 10 with me. The library is one of the largest I have catalogued, and a full sportsbook with esports sits in the same account.
The license is the problem, and not in the usual way. This one I could find in the regulator’s own register. What the register says about it is the finding.
| What I scored | Score | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Game selection | 9 / 10 | Around 100 studios with live casino, mini games, virtual sports, racing, a sportsbook and esports in one account |
| Payouts and support | 5 / 10 | €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month, crypto in six hours, but up to five days pending and nothing processed at the weekend |
| Bonus value | 4 / 10 | A €5,500 headline that needs €16,333 of deposits to reach, wagered 40 times the deposit and bonus inside five days |
| Terms fairness | 3 / 10 | A license I can find in the register with an expiry date of December 2025, next to a 20 percent monthly dormancy charge and a 50 percent termination fee |
How I weigh this. Each of the four counts the same, which gives 5.25 and rounds to 5. I want to be fair to Rolletto on one point before the criticism starts. This operator publishes its company, its registration number and its license number in the footer of every page, which most of the casinos I review refuse to do. That honesty is exactly what let me check the rest.
The License, and the Date in the Register
Rolletto tells you who runs it. The footer names Santeda International B.V., a Curacao company with number 151296, licensed by the Curacao Gaming Authority under license OGL/2024/1798/1048, with Santeda International Limited in Limassol acting as payment agent.
So I opened the regulator’s own license register, the PDF the Curacao Gaming Authority publishes and dates, and found the entry. It is row 551 of 666.
| Register column | What it says |
|---|---|
| License number | OGL/2024/1798/1048 |
| Licensee | Santeda International B.V. |
| Company type | B2C |
| Company registration number | 151296, which matches the footer exactly |
| Issued | 24 June 2025 |
| Expires | 24 December 2025 |
| Status license | Assessment in progress |
| Register last updated | 12 October 2026 |
Read the expiry row against the update date. The register was refreshed two days before I checked it, and it still shows this license expiring in December 2025, nearly ten months ago, with the status left at assessment in progress. Other rows in the same document carry statuses like expired, indefinite and revoked, so assessment in progress is its own category rather than a synonym for valid.
I am not going to tell you the license is void, because I am not the regulator and the register carries no legend explaining what that status permits. Curacao has been moving every operator onto a new licensing regime since November 2023, and a long assessment is part of that. What I can tell you is what the document says, and it does not say valid.
One more thing you should know before you weigh this. The same company number and the same license number appear on VeloBet, which I reviewed separately. Two casinos, one entity, one license, one register row. If that row ever stops working, it stops working for both of them at once.
The Welcome Package, and What It Really Costs
The casino package is advertised as up to 5,500 euros across your first three deposits. That number is real. What it does not tell you is how much you have to put in to reach it.
| Deposit | The offer | What you must deposit to max it | Wagering |
|---|---|---|---|
| First | 150 percent up to €500 | €333 | 40x deposit and bonus |
| Second | 50 percent up to €2,000 | €4,000 | 40x deposit and bonus |
| Third | 25 percent up to €3,000 | €12,000 | 30x deposit and bonus |
Add the middle column. Reaching the 5,500 euro headline takes 16,333 euros of your own money across three deposits. That is the whole trick of a tiered package written this way, and it is why I measure bonuses by what the turnover costs rather than by the number in the banner.
Now the part that matters more. Because the wagering runs on the deposit and the bonus together, the percentage decides the real price. Here is what each tier costs in turnover for every 100 euros of bonus money you take.
| Tier | Turnover per €100 of bonus |
|---|---|
| First deposit, 150 percent at 40x | €6,667 |
| Second deposit, 50 percent at 40x | €12,000 |
| Third deposit, 25 percent at 30x | €15,000 |
The bonus gets more expensive the further you go, not cheaper. The third tier costs more than twice as much per euro as the first, because a 25 percent match means you are wagering four euros of your own money for every euro of bonus. The generous looking 3,000 euro ceiling is the worst deal in the package.
| The clause | What it says |
|---|---|
| Time to clear the wagering | 5 days from activation |
| Maximum bet while a bonus is live | €5 a spin. Bigger spins do not count and their winnings are forfeited |
| What the bonus can be played on | Casino slots only |
| Activation | Manual. Play before you activate and the bonus is not credited |
| Free spins on the first deposit | 50 immediately, then 30 a day for five consecutive logins |
| Free spin life | 72 hours from the moment they land |
| Missing a day | You lose every remaining daily batch |
| Cancelling the bonus | The bonus, the winnings and everything you wagered come off the balance |
| Bonuses at once | One. No stacking, one of each per user, IP, device, address, card and email |
Five days is the clause that decides this bonus. Take the second tier at its ceiling and you are looking at 240,000 euros of turnover in 120 hours, at five euros a spin. That is not a bonus you clear. It is a bonus you play until it is gone, which is the point of writing it that way.
If you want the bonus anyway, there are two cleaner alternatives on the same site. The crypto welcome offer is 100 percent up to 1,000 euros with 200 free spins at the same 40 times, and the sports welcome is 150 percent up to 1,500 euros with a 200 euro free bet on top. The esports version is 100 percent up to 500. All of them need a 20 euro minimum.
More on the offers themselves: which bonuses cost the least in turnover, what free spins are actually worth, and why a no deposit offer is capped hardest. For a larger deposit, read the clauses that decide a high roller bonus, and for what a casino pays once the welcome offer is gone, reload and cashback.
Getting Paid
| Step | How long it takes |
|---|---|
| Pending period before anything moves | 0 to 5 days |
| Crypto after that | 0 to 6 hours |
| E-wallets after that | 0 to 72 hours |
| Cards and bank transfer after that | 1 to 5 days |
| What the terms promise | All withdrawals made within three banking days |
| Cashouts at the weekend | Not processed |
| Weekly ceiling | €7,500 |
| Monthly ceiling | €15,000 |
| Wins above €15,000 | Paid in monthly instalments of €15,000 until the balance clears |
| Progressive jackpot wins | Paid in full |
| Minimum deposit and withdrawal | €20 each way |
| Standard fees | None on deposits or withdrawals |
Work out what a 50,000 euro win actually looks like here. At 15,000 euros a month in instalments, it takes until the fourth month before the last of it reaches you, and the balance sits in a casino account the whole time. That is the clause that separates a good cashier from a slow one, far more than the pending period does.
The Clauses I Would Read Twice
Every casino has fine print. These four are the ones in Rolletto’s terms that can cost you money without you doing anything wrong.
| Clause | What it does |
|---|---|
| Dormant accounts | After 60 days without a login, 20 percent of the balance a month |
| Account termination fee | Up to 50 percent of the remaining deposit if they close your account for a breach |
| Withdrawing without playing | If your bets since the last deposit are under three times that deposit, they may charge you the processing costs both ways |
| Advantage play | Zero tolerance, account terminated at their sole discretion, and the terms say you will not be told why |
The dormancy clause is the one that catches ordinary players. Sixty days is two months, which is a normal break. From then it takes a fifth of your balance every month, so five quiet months and the account is empty. The same operator uses the identical clause on its sister brand, so this is a policy rather than an oversight.
What You Can Actually Play
| Section | What is on offer |
|---|---|
| Studios | Around 100, including Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Evolution, Nolimit City, Hacksaw, Big Time Gaming, Relax and Yggdrasil |
| Live casino | Evolution, Ezugi, Asia Gaming, XPro and 7Mojos on the floor |
| Sportsbook | Pre-match and live, with its own welcome offer and an accumulator free bet that scales to 50 percent |
| Esports | A separate section with its own 100 percent welcome bonus |
| Also running | Virtual sports, horse racing, mini games and in-house titles like Chicken, Dino and Plinko |
| Interface languages | English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Greek and Czech |
| Accepted currencies | GBP, EUR, USD, AUD, BRL, plus BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, BCH, USDT, XMR and DASH |
This is the half of Rolletto that works. A hundred studios, a real sportsbook and an esports book in the same wallet is a combination only a handful of the casinos I review can offer. If the terms were written as well as the lobby is built, this would be a seven or an eight.
Support and Player Protection
| Channel or tool | What you get |
|---|---|
| Live chat | 24 hours a day |
| support@rolletto.com, with complaints@rolletto.com for disputes | |
| Deposit limit | Yes |
| Cool off | Yes |
| Self-exclusion | Yes |
| Self-assessment test | Yes |
| Loss, wager and session limits | Not offered |
| Reality check | Not offered |
| Independent dispute body | None named |
A deposit limit without a loss limit is half a seatbelt. You can cap what goes in, which is the most useful single control, but nothing stops a losing session once the money is on the account and there is no reminder of how long you have been playing. A separate complaints address is a genuine plus, and rarer than it should be.
Who This Is For
| You are | My read |
|---|---|
| Someone who wants casino and sport in one wallet | Sportsbook, esports, virtuals and racing alongside a hundred studios |
| A crypto player | Eight coins accepted and payouts inside six hours |
| A bonus player | 40 times the deposit and bonus in five days, on slots only |
| Someone who plays in bursts, then takes a break | Sixty days of silence starts a 20 percent monthly charge on your balance |
| A player chasing a five figure win | Paid out €15,000 a month in instalments |
| Someone who checks the register before depositing | You will find the license. Read the expiry column before you decide |
| A player who wants the site in Slovenian | Not available. Eight languages, none of them Slovenian |
My Verdict
Five out of ten, and the five is entirely the lobby. A hundred studios, a live casino with five different providers on the floor, a sportsbook, an esports book, virtuals and racing, all in one account and one wallet. Very few casinos I review can put that much in front of you.
Then you read the terms and the picture turns. The welcome package needs 16,333 euros of deposits to reach its headline, and the turnover gets more expensive with every tier you climb. Five days to clear 40 times your deposit and bonus is not a deadline anybody meets. A five figure win is paid to you 15,000 euros a month. Stop logging in for two months and they start taking a fifth of your balance.
The license deserves the last word, because Rolletto did the honest thing and that is what let me check it. The company and the number are on every page, the register has the entry, and the register says the license expired on 24 December 2025 with its status still at assessment in progress ten months later. I cannot tell you what that means in Curacao law. I can tell you it is not what the word licensed implies when it appears on a homepage.
If you play here, play the sportsbook or the slots with your own money, skip the package, keep the balance small, withdraw on a weekday and never leave an account sitting idle for two months.
FAQ About Rolletto Casino
Is Rolletto Casino licensed, and who owns it?
It holds license OGL/2024/1798/1048 from the Curacao Gaming Authority, and unlike most casinos I review I could find it. The authority’s own register, updated 12 October 2026, lists it at row 551 under Santeda International B.V. with company number 151296. The same row gives an issue date of 24 June 2025, an expiry date of 24 December 2025 and the status assessment in progress. Santeda International B.V., a Curacao company registered under number 151296, with Santeda International Limited in Limassol, Cyprus acting as its payment agent. The same company and the same license number also run Velobet, so the two sites share one legal entity.
What is the Rolletto welcome bonus?
The casino package is up to 5,500 euros over three deposits: 150 percent up to 500, then 50 percent up to 2,000, then 25 percent up to 3,000. Reaching the full amount takes 16,333 euros of your own deposits. There are separate welcome offers for crypto, sport and esports.
What is the wagering requirement at Rolletto, and how long do I have to clear a bonus?
Forty times the deposit and the bonus together on the first two tiers, and thirty times on the third. Because it runs on both, the cost rises as you climb: 6,667 euros of turnover per 100 euros of bonus on the first deposit, 12,000 on the second and 15,000 on the third. Five days from the moment you activate it. The maximum bet while a bonus is live is five euros a spin, bigger spins do not count toward the wagering and their winnings are forfeited, and the bonus can only be played on casino slots.
What are the Rolletto withdrawal limits and how long does a payout take?
Seven thousand five hundred euros a week and 15,000 a month. If you win more than 15,000 the casino reserves the right to pay you in monthly instalments of 15,000 until the full amount clears. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and sit outside those limits. The pending period runs up to five days, and after that crypto arrives within six hours, e-wallets within 72 and cards or bank transfers in one to five days. The terms promise all withdrawals within three banking days. Weekend cashouts are not processed.
Does Rolletto charge fees?
Not on ordinary deposits or withdrawals. There is one clause worth knowing: if you request a withdrawal and your bets since the last deposit come to less than three times that deposit, the casino reserves the right to charge you the processing costs for both the deposit and the withdrawal.
What happens if I stop using my Rolletto account?
After 60 consecutive days without logging in the account is treated as dormant, and the casino may charge 20 percent of the balance every month from then on. Sixty days is a short window and a fifth of the balance is a heavy charge, so withdraw your money if you plan to take a break.
Does Rolletto accept players from Slovenia, and is it available in Slovenian?
Yes. The terms bar residents of Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Georgia, Saba, St Maarten, the United States and its dependencies, and any country on the FATF blacklist. Slovenia is not among them. Separately, bonuses are unavailable to players in Thailand, Finland and Japan. No. The site runs in English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Greek and Czech. There is no Slovenian version and support answers in the site languages.
Does Rolletto have sports betting?
Yes, and it is a full book rather than a token one. Pre-match and live sport, esports with its own welcome bonus, virtual sports and horse racing all sit in the same account. The sportsbook carries a 150 percent welcome bonus up to 1,500 euros plus a 200 euro free bet.
What player protection tools does Rolletto offer?
A deposit limit, a cool off period, self-exclusion and a self-assessment test. There is no loss limit, no wager limit, no session limit and no reality check, so you can cap what goes in but nothing stops a losing session once the money is on the account.
What currencies can I use at Rolletto?
The terms list GBP, EUR, USD, AUD and BRL, plus Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Bitcoin Cash, Tether, Monero and Dash. The minimum deposit and the minimum withdrawal are both 20 euros or the equivalent.
Who Wrote This

I came to this from finance, which is probably why I read a casino the way I read a contract. The marketing sits on the homepage, and the clause that decides whether you get paid sits twelve pages down.
