Buran scores 4 out of 10 with me, the lowest score on this site so far. The game library is one of the biggest I have catalogued. Almost everything around it works against you.
The deciding finding is the license. Buran’s own homepage says the gambling here is fully licensed. I went to the regulator’s public register and could not find the domain in it.
| What I scored | Score | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Game selection | 9 / 10 | Around a hundred studios, live tables, crypto and free demo play, held below the top band because no game count is published |
| Bonus value | 1 / 10 | 35x on deposit and bonus, a €5 maximum bet, winnings from the bonus capped at ten times it, and ten days to do all of that |
| Payouts and support | 2 / 10 | €500 a day at the entry tier, up to five days pending, nothing at weekends, and a €5 monthly fee on an idle account |
| Terms fairness | 2 / 10 | The terms are published and readable, which earns the points it has, but the licensing claim did not hold up when I checked it |
How I weigh this. Each of the four counts the same, which gives 3.5 and rounds to 4. The library alone keeps it off the floor. If you only read one section below, make it the one on the register.
The Bonus, and What It Actually Costs
Buran advertises 100 percent up to 500 euros plus 200 free spins. The banner is accurate. The conditions behind it are the harshest I have read on this site.
| Clause | What it says | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Headline offer | 100% up to €500 + 200 free spins | A full €500 match needs a €500 deposit |
| Wagering, section 7.16 | 35x the deposit and the bonus | €35,000 of turnover on a €500 deposit, or €7,000 per €100 of bonus |
| Maximum bet, section 7.19 | €5 per bet until wagering is met | 7,000 spins minimum, around 700 a day for ten days |
| Cashout cap, section 7.16 | Ten times the bonus received | Win €20,000 on a €500 bonus and you keep €5,000 |
| Free spins, section 7.15 | Winnings capped at €80, then 40x on those winnings | The 200 spins are worth €80 at the very best |
| Time limit, section 7.12 | Ten days for casino bonuses | Miss it and the bonus and its winnings are voided |
Put those five clauses together before you claim anything. You must turn over €35,000 in ten days, at no more than €5 a bet, to keep at most €5,000. That is 700 spins a day, every day, for a ceiling you are unlikely to reach. Until now the harshest package I had scored was BetiBet, at 35x on deposit and bonus in seven days. BetiBet at least let you keep what you won.
The License, and What the Register Says
Buran’s homepage carries the phrase “Fully licensed gambling”. The footer carries no license number, no regulator, no company name and no registered address. So I went looking myself.
Industry databases put Buran under Stellar Ltd with an Anjouan license. The Anjouan Gaming Authority publishes a public register of every license it has issued, searchable by company, license number or domain. Here is what it returned on 12 October 2026.
| What I searched | What came back |
|---|---|
| Stellar Ltd | Found. License ALSI-202411077-FI2, status Valid |
| Issued | 22 November 2024 |
| Expires | 21 November 2026 |
| Domains on that license | Eighteen, and burancasino.com is not one of them |
| burancasino.com, across the whole register | 0 of 1,343 licenses |
| Does the domain search work | Yes. I tested it with a domain I knew was listed and it returned the holder |
What I am saying, and what I am not. Stellar Ltd does hold a real Anjouan license, and it is valid today. What I could not find is any entry tying burancasino.com to it, or to any of the other 1,342 license holders. I am not telling you the casino is unlicensed, because a register can be incomplete and a holder can run domains it has not listed. I am telling you that the one check available to me came back empty, and that the site itself gives you nothing to check against. Note the expiry too. That license runs out on 21 November 2026, six weeks from the day I looked.
One more detail from the terms. Support is reached at support@burancasino782061.com, and complaints at complaints@burancasino782061.com. Both sit on a numbered domain, not on burancasino.com.
Who Buran Will Not Take
Section 2.3 of the terms lists twenty-six excluded jurisdictions. Residents there cannot open an account or fund one. The list runs: Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Curacao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Romania, Russia, North Korea, the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles, Sweden, Ukraine including Crimea, the United Kingdom, the United States and Cote d’Ivoire.
Slovenia is not on it, so you can open an account from here. Section 7.5 adds six more countries that can register but cannot take any promotion: Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia. The terms also say the company may change this list whenever it likes, without telling you.
What You Can Actually Play
| Section | What is on offer |
|---|---|
| Game studios | Around a hundred |
| Published game count | None on the site |
| Live casino | Evolution, Ezugi, BetGames, LuckyStreak and Skywind |
| Demo play without an account | Yes, there is a play for fun option |
| Formats | Instant play in the browser, mobile, live dealers and crypto |
| Currencies | Over thirty, including bitcoin, litecoin, ethereum and ripple |
| Slovenian interface | Advertised, but not delivered |
This is the part Buran gets right. The studio list runs from the names everyone carries, Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Evolution and Playtech, through Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Relax Gaming and Thunderkick, down to small studios most casinos here never bother with. Free demo play is also rarer than it should be. Bizzo, which I scored higher overall, does not offer it.
About that Slovenian interface. The casino databases list Slovenian among fourteen languages, which is why I checked it. I opened the Slovenian address twice and both times the menu, the banner and the deposit button came back in English, with the page pointing at the English version as the original. So Buran stays out of my Slovenian casinos list until that changes.
Getting Paid
| Step | How long it takes |
|---|---|
| Pending period before anything moves | 0 to 5 days |
| E-wallets after that | 0 to 24 hours |
| Cards after that | 3 to 7 days |
| Bank transfer after that | 3 to 7 days |
| Cashouts at the weekend | Not processed |
| Withdrawal fees | None |
| Requests open at one time, section 6.13 | Three |
The pending period is the number that matters. Up to five days before a withdrawal is even looked at is the slowest I have recorded on this site. Add the weekend gap and a Thursday request can sit until the middle of the following week.
The Withdrawal Ceiling
| Where you sit | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Cadet, where every new account starts | €500 | €7,000 |
| Marshal, the top of the VIP ladder | €1,500 | €20,000 |
Read the left column, not the right one. Section 6.11 ties the limit to your VIP level, and you open your account at the bottom of it. A €5,000 win at the entry tier comes out over ten separate days, with no more than three requests open at once, and nothing moving at weekends. That is a month of logging in to collect money you have already won.
The Clause I Want You to See
Section 6.18 turns an account inactive after 180 days without a login. From then on Buran may charge 5 euros a month as an administration fee while it stays that way.
Six months is not a long time. Deposit once, forget the account, and a small balance drains itself. Only a handful of casinos I have read charge for doing nothing, and I have not found one that tells you so on the way in.
If you open an account here and stop playing, withdraw the balance and close it. Do not leave it sitting.
Support and Verification
| Channel | What you get |
|---|---|
| support@burancasino782061.com | |
| Complaints | complaints@burancasino782061.com |
| Phone line | None published |
| Slovenian-speaking support | No |
| Time to send verification documents, section 5.3 | 30 days from the request |
| What they can ask for, section 5.1 | Certified ID, proof of address, proof of ownership, transaction history |
Credit where it is due on verification. Thirty days to produce documents is generous, and the list of what they can ask for is spelled out rather than left open. Section 5.5 does allow extra checks, including a call or face verification, so have the documents ready before you win rather than after.
Who This Is For
| You are | My read |
|---|---|
| Hunting for studios no one else carries | Few libraries here come close |
| Wanting to try games before registering | Demo play is available |
| Planning to claim the welcome bonus | Do not. The math does not work |
| Expecting to check the license yourself | The site gives you nothing to check |
| Likely to win more than a few hundred euros | €500 a day at the tier you start on |
| The sort to open an account and forget it | €5 a month after 180 days |
| Playing in Slovenian | Listed, but served to me in English |
My Verdict
Four out of ten, and the game library is the only reason it is not lower. Around a hundred studios, live tables from five providers, crypto and free demo play. On catalogue alone Buran beats most of the casinos I have scored above it.
Everything else points the other way. The welcome bonus asks for 35,000 euros of turnover in ten days at 5 euros a bet, and caps what you keep at ten times the bonus. New accounts withdraw 500 euros a day. An idle account pays 5 euros a month. And the one license claim on the site is a phrase with nothing behind it.
If the library is what you came for, play here with a small balance, skip the bonus entirely, and take your winnings out as you go. If you want a casino whose permit you can look up, I have two of those on this site and neither is this one.
FAQ About Buran Casino
Is Buran Casino licensed?
I cannot confirm it, and I tried. The homepage says the gambling here is fully licensed, but the footer names no regulator, no license number and no company. Databases attribute Buran to Stellar Ltd under an Anjouan license. Stellar Ltd is in the Anjouan register, license ALSI-202411077-FI2, valid until 21 November 2026, covering eighteen domains. burancasino.com is not among them, and a search of all 1,343 licenses for that domain returns nothing. I tested the search with a domain I knew was listed and it worked.
What is the Buran welcome bonus?
One hundred percent up to 500 euros plus 200 free spins, which the homepage states accurately. The conditions are where it falls apart: 35 times the deposit and the bonus, a 5 euro maximum bet, winnings from the bonus capped at ten times it, and ten days to finish.
What is the wagering requirement at Buran?
Section 7.16 sets it at 35 times the deposit and the bonus together. On a 500 euro deposit that is 35,000 euros of turnover, or 7,000 euros for every 100 euros of bonus. That is the harshest requirement I have scored on this site.
Is there a maximum bet while the bonus is active?
Yes. Section 7.19 caps individual bets at 5 euros until the wagering is met. Combined with the 35x requirement, clearing a 500 euro deposit bonus takes at least 7,000 bets, around 700 a day across the ten days you are given.
How much can I actually win from the Buran bonus?
Ten times the bonus you received, under section 7.16. A 500 euro bonus caps your withdrawal at 5,000 euros no matter what the reels do. A no-deposit bonus caps at five times. Free spin winnings are capped at 80 euros before any wagering starts.
What are the Buran withdrawal limits and how long does a payout take?
Section 6.11 ties them to your VIP level. A new account starts at Cadet, which is 500 euros a day and 7,000 euros a month. The top tier, Marshal, raises that to 1,500 a day and 20,000 a month. You can have three withdrawal requests open at a time. There is a pending period of up to five days before anything moves, the slowest I have recorded here. After that e-wallets clear within 24 hours, while cards and bank transfers take 3 to 7 days. Nothing is processed at weekends, and there are no withdrawal fees.
Does Buran charge a fee on an inactive account?
Yes, and this is the clause I would most want you to see. Section 6.18 makes an account inactive after 180 days without a login, and allows a charge of 5 euros a month while it stays that way. If you stop playing here, take your balance out and close the account.
Is Buran available in Slovenian?
The casino databases list Slovenian among fourteen languages, but I could not get a Slovenian page. I opened the Slovenian address twice and both times the menu, the welcome banner and the deposit button came back in English, with the page naming the English version as the original.
What games can I play at Buran?
This is the strongest part of the casino. Around a hundred studios are listed, from Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt and Playtech through Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Big Time Gaming and Yggdrasil, plus live tables from Evolution, Ezugi, BetGames, LuckyStreak and Skywind. There is demo play without an account, which many casinos here do not offer.
How long do I have to verify my account?
Thirty days from the moment Buran asks, under section 5.3, which is more generous than most. Section 5.1 lists what they can request: certified identification, proof of residence, proof of ownership and transaction histories. Section 5.5 allows further checks such as a call or face verification.
Who Wrote This

I came to this from finance, which is probably why I read a casino the way I read a contract. The marketing sits on the homepage, and the clause that decides whether you get paid sits twelve pages down.
I am responsible for everything published here. Every score carries my name, whether or not I wrote the review it appears in. If you find a figure that no longer holds, write to me.
18+. Gambling can be addictive. Everything on this page comes from Buran’s own terms and conditions, from their homepage, and from the public register of the Anjouan Gaming Authority, checked on 12 October 2026. Operators change their terms without notice, so read the current version before you deposit.
