Cadoola scores 4 out of 10 with me. The game library is the largest I have catalogued on this site, around a hundred and five studios. The licensing is the weakest I have seen.
Two regulators are named for this casino. I searched both of their own public registers for the domain and for the company. Neither returned anything.
| What I scored | Score | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Game selection | 9 / 10 | Around 105 studios with live tables, crypto and a proper Slovenian interface, held below the top band because no game count is published |
| Bonus value | 3 / 10 | 35x on deposit and bonus with a ten day clock, softened by a €100 maximum bet that actually makes it playable |
| Payouts and support | 2 / 10 | Up to five days pending and then up to five more on every method, nothing at weekends, and €500 a day at the tier you start on |
| Terms fairness | 1 / 10 | Two licenses claimed and neither one findable, eight of the ten responsible gambling tools missing, and a fee for leaving the account idle |
How I weigh this. Each of the four counts the same, which gives 3.75 and rounds to 4. Cadoola finishes level with Buran, and for opposite reasons. Buran’s bonus is unplayable but its operator is in a register. Cadoola’s bonus is the better of the two and its paperwork is worse.
The Welcome Package, Tier by Tier
Cadoola spreads the welcome offer across four deposits rather than loading it on the first. The headline is 800 euros plus 300 free spins, and the free spins depend on how much you put in each time.
| Deposit | Match | Maximum bonus | Free spins |
|---|---|---|---|
| First | 120% | €240 | 30 for €20 to €49, 70 for €50 to €99, 100 from €100 |
| Second | 110% | €220 | None |
| Third | 100% | €100 | 50 for €20 to €49, 100 for €50 to €99, 150 from €100 |
| Fourth | 120% | €240 | 50 |
The 800 euros is the sum of four separate maximums. No single deposit gets you more than 240 euros of bonus, and reaching the full figure means depositing four times. The minimum each time is 20 euros.
| Clause | What it says | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Wagering, section 7.16 | 35x the deposit and the bonus | €7,000 of turnover per €100 of bonus |
| Maximum bet, section 7.19 | €100 per bet until wagering is met | Twenty times what the strictest casinos here allow |
| Cashout cap, section 7.16 | Ten times the bonus received | A €240 bonus caps your withdrawal at €2,400 |
| Free spin winnings, section 7.15 | No deposit spins capped at €80, then 40x on the winnings | The cap applies before you have wagered anything |
| Time limit, section 7.12 | Ten days from activation | Four deposits means four ten day clocks |
The maximum bet is the clause that separates this from the bottom of my list. Thirty-five times deposit and bonus is a hard number anywhere. At a €5 ceiling, which is what Buran imposes, it is arithmetic you cannot win. At €100 a spin you can at least reach the turnover before the ten days run out. That is the difference between a bonus that is merely expensive and one that is decorative.
Two Licenses, Neither of Them Findable
Cadoola’s footer says two things: that gambling can be addictive, and that the site is copyright Cadoola.com. No license number, no regulator, no company name, no registered address.
Industry databases name two regulators, the Estonian Tax and Customs Board and the Anjouan Gaming Board, with IGplay as the operating company. Both regulators publish their own lists. I searched both on 12 October 2026.
| Register | What I searched | What came back |
|---|---|---|
| Estonian Tax and Customs Board | cadoola.com | Not on the list of legal gambling operators |
| Estonian Tax and Customs Board | IGplay | Not on the list |
| Anjouan Gaming Authority | cadoola.com | 0 of 1,343 licenses |
| Anjouan Gaming Authority | IGplay | 0 of 1,343 licenses |
| Does the Anjouan domain search work | A domain I knew was listed | Yes, it returned the holder |
| Does the Estonian list name websites | The online games of chance table | Yes, 206 domains, updated 1 October 2026 |
What I am saying, and what I am not. I am not telling you Cadoola is unlicensed. A register can lag, and a holder can run domains it has not listed. I am telling you that two regulators were named, that both publish searchable lists, that I searched both for the domain and the company, and that all four searches came back empty. Buran, which I scored the same, at least had its operator in one of these registers. Cadoola has neither.
There is one more thing I cannot reconcile. Section 2.3 of Cadoola’s own terms lists Estonia among the countries whose residents may not open an account. A casino licensed by the Estonian Tax and Customs Board that will not accept Estonians is a combination I have not met before, and I have no explanation for it.
Who Cadoola Will Not Take
Twenty-six jurisdictions are excluded under section 2.3: Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Curacao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Romania, Russia, North Korea, the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles, Sweden, Ukraine including Crimea, the United Kingdom, the United States and Cote d’Ivoire.
Slovenia is not among them, so you can open an account from here. Section 7.5 adds six countries that may register but may not take any promotion: Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia. The terms reserve the right to change the list without notice.
What You Can Actually Play
| Section | What is on offer |
|---|---|
| Game studios | Around 105, the largest roster on this site |
| Published game count | None on the site |
| Live casino | Evolution, Ezugi, BetGames, LuckyStreak, Skywind and SA Gaming |
| Formats | Instant play in the browser, mobile, live dealers and crypto |
| Currencies | Thirty, including bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, tether and USD Coin |
| Slovenian interface | Yes, and I checked it myself |
| Help or FAQ section on the site | None |
The roster is the reason to be here. It runs from Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Playtech and Evolution through Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Relax Gaming and Thunderkick, down to studios most casinos on this site have never carried. If you are hunting a specific game, the odds that Cadoola has it are better than anywhere else I have reviewed.
The Slovenian version is real, not a flag in a menu. I opened it and the lobby, the live casino, the promotions and the tournaments all come back as Igralnica, Igralnica v živo, Promocije and Turnirji, with the welcome package written as Paket dobrodošlice do €800 + 300 BV v 4 bonusih. The page names itself as the Slovenian original rather than pointing back to English. A second banner on that page stays in English, so the translation is not total, but the parts you need are there.
Getting Paid
| Step | How long it takes |
|---|---|
| Pending period before anything moves | 0 to 5 days |
| E-wallets after that | 0 to 5 days |
| Cards after that | 0 to 5 days |
| Bank transfer after that | 0 to 5 days |
| Cashouts at the weekend | Not processed |
| Deposit and withdrawal fees | None |
| Requests open at one time, section 6.13 | Three |
Read that column again. Every method carries the same range, including the e-wallets. At almost every other casino on this site Skrill and Neteller clear within a day once the pending period ends, and that is the whole reason people use them. Here the pending period can take five days and the payout another five. Ten days is the worst case on the fastest rail they offer.
The Withdrawal Ceiling
| VIP level | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze, where every new account starts | €500 | €7,000 |
| Classic | €500 | €10,000 |
| Silver | €800 | €12,000 |
| Gold | €1,000 | €15,000 |
| Elite | €1,500 | €20,000 |
You start at the bottom row of that table, not the top. Section 6.11 ties the limit to your VIP level, and at Bronze a €5,000 win comes out over ten separate days, three requests at a time, with nothing moving at weekends and up to five days of pending on each one. Work that through and you are collecting it for most of a month.
The Clause I Want You to See
Section 6.18 marks an account inactive after 180 days without a login. From then on Cadoola may take 5 euros a month as an administration fee, and the terms say the fee can be changed without notice.
Six months of not playing is not negligence, it is a normal gap. If you open an account here and drift away, a small balance quietly empties itself. Withdraw what is left and close the account rather than leaving it to sit.
The Tools That Are Not There
This is the section that moved Cadoola’s terms score to the floor, and it is the one I would read first if I were you.
| Tool | Offered |
|---|---|
| Deposit limit | No |
| Loss limit | No |
| Wager limit | No |
| Time or session limit | No |
| Cool off or time out | No |
| Reality check | No |
| Withdrawal lock | No |
| Self-exclusion register participation | No |
| Self-exclusion | Yes |
| Self-assessment test | Yes |
Eight of ten missing, and the two that remain are the all-or-nothing ones. A deposit limit lets you keep playing on your own terms. Self-exclusion only lets you stop. There is nothing here between carrying on and shutting the door, which is precisely the range of options a player who is starting to lose control needs. Bizzo, which I scored 6, offers the full set. If limit tools matter to you, this is the single strongest reason to play somewhere else.
Support and Verification
| Channel | What you get |
|---|---|
| Live chat | 24 hours a day, 7 days a week |
| support@cadoola.com | |
| Help or FAQ section | None |
| Phone line | None published |
| Time to send verification documents, section 5.3 | 30 days from the request |
Round the clock chat is a real advantage, and here it has to be. With no FAQ section on the site, chat is the only place to get an answer to a routine question. The support address sits on cadoola.com itself, which is more than Buran manages.
Who This Is For
| You are | My read |
|---|---|
| Hunting a specific game or a rare studio | The best odds of finding it on this site |
| Playing in Slovenian | Properly translated, and I checked |
| Taking the welcome package | Playable at €100 a bet, but 35x on deposit and bonus |
| Someone who sets a deposit limit on day one | There is no deposit limit tool |
| Expecting to check the license yourself | Four searches, four empty results |
| Hoping for a fast e-wallet payout | Up to ten days, same as every other method |
| Likely to leave the account idle | €5 a month after 180 days |
My Verdict
Four out of ten. The library is the best on this site and the Slovenian translation is real, which together are worth more than most of what I score. The welcome package is also structured honestly, four tiers written out plainly, with a maximum bet high enough that the wagering is a cost rather than a trick.
What drags it to four is everything behind the games. Two named regulators and four empty searches. A footer that tells you nothing. Estonia listed as the licensor and as an excluded country at the same time. Ten days to see an e-wallet payout. Five hundred euros a day at the tier you start on. A fee for not playing. And eight of the ten limit tools simply absent.
If you play here, play for the catalogue and nothing else. Keep the balance small, take your money out as you go, and set your own limits, because the casino will not help you set them.
FAQ About Cadoola Casino
Is Cadoola Casino licensed?
Yes and no, and the detail matters. Two regulators are named for Cadoola in the industry databases, the Estonian Tax and Customs Board and the Anjouan Gaming Board, with IGplay as the operator. Both publish their own public lists. I searched the Estonian list for cadoola.com and for IGplay, and the Anjouan register for both as well. All four searches came back empty. The site’s own footer carries no license number, no regulator and no company name. I am not telling you the casino is unlicensed, only that nothing I could check supported the claim.
What is the Cadoola welcome package?
The headline is 800 euros plus 300 free spins, spread across four deposits rather than one. First deposit 120 percent up to 240 euros, second 110 percent up to 220, third 100 percent up to 100, fourth 120 percent up to 240 plus 50 spins. The free spins on the first and third deposits scale with how much you put in. The minimum deposit each time is 20 euros.
What is the wagering requirement at Cadoola?
Thirty-five times the deposit and the bonus together, under section 7.16. That is 7,000 euros of turnover for every 100 euros of bonus, and you have ten days from activation to finish it. Four deposits means four separate ten day clocks.
Is there a maximum bet while the bonus is active?
One hundred euros per bet, under section 7.19. That is unusually generous and it is the single thing that keeps the bonus score off the floor. At the five euro ceiling some casinos impose, a 35x requirement is arithmetic you cannot complete in ten days. At 100 euros a spin you can.
How much can I win from the Cadoola bonus?
Ten times the bonus you received, under section 7.16. The largest single bonus here is 240 euros, so the cap on that deposit is 2,400 euros. Winnings from no deposit free spins are capped separately at 80 euros, and carry 40x wagering on the winnings on top.
How long does a Cadoola withdrawal take?
Longer than almost anywhere else I have reviewed. There is a pending period of up to five days, and then every method, e-wallets included, takes a further nought to five days. Ten days is the worst case even on Skrill or Neteller, which at other casinos clear within a day. Nothing is processed at weekends, and there are no withdrawal fees.
What are the Cadoola withdrawal limits?
Section 6.11 ties them to your VIP level and every new account starts at Bronze: 500 euros a day and 7,000 a month. Classic raises the monthly figure to 10,000, Silver to 800 and 12,000, Gold to 1,000 and 15,000, and Elite to 1,500 and 20,000. You may have three withdrawal requests open at a time.
Does Cadoola charge a fee on an inactive account?
Yes. Section 6.18 makes an account inactive after 180 days without a login, and allows a charge of 5 euros a month for as long as it stays that way. The terms also say the fee may be changed without notice. If you stop playing here, withdraw the balance and close the account.
Is Cadoola available in Slovenian?
Yes, and properly. I opened the Slovenian version myself. The lobby, the live casino, the promotions and the tournaments come back as Igralnica, Igralnica v živo, Promocije and Turnirji, the welcome package reads Paket dobrodošlice do 800 evrov plus 300 BV, and the page names itself as the Slovenian original. One secondary banner stays in English, so the translation is not complete, but everything you need before depositing is there.
What games can I play at Cadoola?
More than at any other casino on this site. Around 105 studios are listed, from Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Playtech and Evolution through Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil and Relax Gaming, down to small studios most operators here have never carried. Live tables come from Evolution, Ezugi, BetGames, LuckyStreak, Skywind and SA Gaming. Cadoola publishes no total game count.
What responsible gambling tools does Cadoola offer?
Only two of the usual ten. There is self-exclusion and a self-assessment test. There is no deposit limit, no loss limit, no wager limit, no session or time limit, no cool off period, no reality check and no withdrawal lock, and the casino does not take part in any self-exclusion register. The two tools that exist are the ones that stop you playing altogether. Nothing here lets you keep playing within a limit you set, which is the thing most players actually need.
Is Cadoola Casino worth it?
Four out of ten. The catalogue is the best on this site, the Slovenian interface is real, and the welcome package is written honestly with a maximum bet high enough to make the wagering achievable. Against that: two license claims I could not stand up in either regulator’s register, up to ten days for any withdrawal, 500 euros a day at the tier you start on, a fee for leaving the account idle, and eight of the ten limit tools missing. Play for the games, keep the balance small, and take your money out as you go.
Who Wrote This

I came to this from finance, which is probably why I read a casino the way I read a contract. The marketing sits on the homepage, and the clause that decides whether you get paid sits twelve pages down.
I am responsible for everything published here. Every score carries my name, whether or not I wrote the review it appears in. If you find a figure that no longer holds, write to me.
18+. Gambling can be addictive. Everything on this page comes from Cadoola’s own terms and promotion pages, from their English and Slovenian sites, and from the public registers of the Estonian Tax and Customs Board and the Anjouan Gaming Authority, checked on 12 October 2026. Operators change their terms without notice, so read the current version before you deposit. If gambling has stopped being entertainment, free and confidential help is available in Slovenia through NIJZ.
