Zet Casino scores 4 out of 10 with me. It has been running since 2018, it carries one of the biggest game libraries I have reviewed, and it will not tell you who owns it.
The homepage says four words on the subject: all required licenses present. It names no regulator and no license number. I then read the full terms, roughly 257,500 characters, and found no company name, no registration number, no address and no license there either. This is the third casino in a row where the answer to who holds your money is simply absent.
| What I scored | Score | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Game selection | 8 / 10 | Around 60 studios, a live casino, a full sportsbook with live betting and horse racing, and eight years of operating history behind it |
| Payouts and support | 4 / 10 | One times rollover and a published clause keeping customer funds in segregated accounts, set against a €500 daily cap at entry level and a monthly wagering threshold you must clear to withdraw at all |
| Bonus value | 3 / 10 | 100 percent up to €500 with 200 free spins, with the wagering multiple published nowhere a non-member can read it |
| Terms fairness | 2 / 10 | No company, no license and no regulator in 257,500 characters, an applicable law clause naming no law, and zero results in the register the databases cite |
Average 4.25, rounded to 4. A long running casino with a serious product and an anonymous contract.
All Required Licenses Present, and Not One of Them Named
That phrase is on the Zet Casino homepage. It is the entire licensing disclosure. There is no regulator, no license number, no certificate seal and no link to a validator.
The footer adds the age notice and the copyright line and stops. I then read the terms and conditions in full and searched them for every term a licensed operator normally prints.
| Searched 257,500 characters of terms for | Found |
|---|---|
| A license or license number | Nothing, apart from driving licence in an identity check |
| A regulator or the word Anjouan | Nothing |
| A company name | Nothing. Clause 1.4 defines Company as the company operating the Website |
| A registration number or address | Nothing |
| Which law governs a dispute | Nothing. Clause 14.1 says disputes are settled in accordance with the applicable Law, and that is the whole section |
The casino databases supply what the casino does not, and say the license is from the Anjouan Gaming Board and the company is IGplay. I searched the Anjouan register, which held 1,343 licenses on the day I checked.
| Searched the register for | Results |
|---|---|
| zet | 0 of 1,343 |
| zetcasino | 0 of 1,343 |
| IGplay | 0 of 1,343 |
| Feature Buy Ltd (control search) | 1 of 1,343, returned in full as expected |
I ran the control search because a search box that returns nothing for everything proves nothing. It worked. Zet Casino is not in that register under its brand, its domain or the company the databases name, and the casino itself has never claimed to be.
There is one more layer. Zet instructs search engines not to index its terms, its FAQ, its about page, its contact page, its responsible gaming page or its privacy policy. The pages exist and you can reach them from inside the site. They are simply kept out of search results.
A Contract I Have Read Before
Something else became obvious while I was reading. This is not an original document.
Clause 1.4, clause 14.1, the rollover rule in 6.8, the wagering contribution table in 7.7 and the inactivity clause are word for word the same as those of another casino I reviewed on this site a few hours earlier, under a different brand and a different affiliate program. The footer wording matches a third. Three casinos, one template, and the same blank where the operator’s name belongs.
I am not going to claim they are the same company, because I cannot prove that and neither can anyone else, which is rather the point. What I can tell you is that whoever drafted this contract has used it more than once, and has left the identity blank every time.
The Clause Nobody Else Here Has
Now the other side, because it would be lazy to leave this review at the missing name.
Clause 6.17 says the company keeps customer funds separate from its own money in dedicated client bank accounts, and states that in the event of its insolvency your balance is protected and shall be returned to you. That is a segregated client funds clause, it is the single most meaningful protection a casino can offer, and Zet is the only casino on this site whose terms contain one.
I want to be precise about what that is worth. A promise of segregation is only as good as the company making it, and this company will not name itself. A regulated operator makes the same promise with a regulator standing behind it and an auditor checking it. Here you have the sentence and nothing else. It is still better than the silence everywhere else, and it is why the payouts score is a four rather than a two.
Getting Money Out
The rollover rule is mild. Clause 6.8 sets the minimum rollover before a withdrawal at one times the deposit. Bet your deposit once and you are clear. If you do not, Zet reserves the right to cancel all winnings and keep ten percent of the last deposit, with a floor of fifty cents.
There is a second threshold most players will never read. Clause 6.7 lets the casino decline a withdrawal if you have not wagered at least €20 within the calendar month in which you request it. Deposit in January, play nothing, ask for it back in February, and the contract allows a refusal. Twenty euros is a low bar, but it is a bar, and it exists nowhere else on this site.
The limits are published in full, and they are modest. Clause 6.11 sets out five VIP tiers.
| VIP tier | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Alpha, where you start | €500 | €7,000 |
| Beta | €500 | €10,000 |
| Gamma | €800 | €12,000 |
| Delta | €1,000 | €15,000 |
| Zeta | €1,500 | €20,000 |
The databases quote €500 a day and €7,000 a month and stop there. That is the entry tier. The top of the ladder is €1,500 and €20,000, which is still the lowest ceiling of any casino I have scored at four or above. A €20,000 win here takes a month to collect even at the top tier, and five months at the bottom.
And the dormancy clause has a sting. An account with no login for 180 days is charged €5 a month until the balance is gone. Six months of grace is fair. What follows is not: the same clause gives the casino the right to change that monthly fee at its own discretion without notice.
The Bonus, and What You Can Read Before Signing Up
The welcome offer is 100 percent up to €500 with 200 free spins on the first deposit. That is a clean, single deposit offer and I prefer it to the four part packages that need thousands of euros to max out.
The wagering multiple is not published. Clause 7.6 says only that every bonus carries one and that the figure appears on the page for the individual promotion, and those promotion pages would not load for me without an account. So the headline is readable and the condition that decides whether it is worth anything is not.
What Zet does publish, and publishes properly, is how your play counts.
| Game type | Counts towards wagering |
|---|---|
| Slots, scratch cards, keno | 100% |
| Live games, video poker, Plinko | 10% |
| Table and card games | 0% |
| Jackpot slots, Slingo, bingo | Cannot be played with bonus funds at all |
There are three further lists in the terms: special games that count at fifty or ten percent, excluded games that count nothing, and prohibited games you cannot touch while a bonus is active. If you take the bonus, read all three before you pick a game, because a single spin on the wrong title can undo the whole thing.
What You Can Actually Play
| Section | What is there |
|---|---|
| Studios | Listed at more than 60, among them Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Games Global, Nolimit City, Hacksaw, Push Gaming, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, Quickspin, Relax and Novomatic |
| Live casino | Yes, with its own section |
| Sportsbook | Yes, with live betting and a separate horse racing section |
| Crypto | Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Ripple listed on both sides of the cashier |
| Operating since | 2018, which makes it one of the longest running casinos I have reviewed here |
| Support | 24/7 live chat and support@zetcasino.com |
| FAQ | Yes, at zetcasino.com/en/faq, despite the databases recording that there is none |
The sportsbook is the part the listings undersell. Live betting and a dedicated horse racing section put Zet closer to a full betting site than to a casino with a few markets bolted on.
Playing From Slovenia
This is the shortest section I have written for any casino here, because there is almost nothing to report.
Zet Casino has no Slovenian version. I tried the Slovenian path directly and was redirected to the English site. The interface languages on record run to fourteen, including Finnish, Hungarian, Turkish, Arabic and Greek, and Slovenian is not among them. Support is in English.
Slovenia is not on the excluded list, so an account is possible. Euros are supported, so there is no conversion. You will simply be doing all of it in English, including the part where something goes wrong.
Clause 2.3 publishes the twenty six excluded countries in full, among them the United Kingdom, the United States, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, Cyprus, Malta, Israel, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Curacao. Publishing that list is to the casino’s credit.
What I Could Not Verify
| Listed by the databases | Claim | Checked |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit fees | None | Not verified |
| Withdrawal fees | None | Not verified. The terms do set a 10 percent charge if you withdraw below the rollover |
| Pending time | 0 to 5 days | Not verified |
| All payment methods | 0 to 5 days | Not verified |
| Weekend cashouts | No | Not verified |
| Company and license | IGplay, Anjouan Gaming Board | Zero results in that register, and neither name appears on the site |
| FAQ section | None | Wrong. There is one |
The cashier page is one of the pages Zet keeps out of search results, and the promotion pages would not open without an account, so those timings stay unconfirmed. Everything else in this review comes from the contract itself.
Who This Is For
If you want a big library and a real sportsbook in one account, play modest amounts, and cash out in the hundreds rather than the thousands, Zet works. One times rollover means your own money is not trapped, the segregated funds clause is the best sentence in any contract I have read for this site, and eight years of operating is not nothing.
If you expect to win more than a few thousand euros, think about the ladder first. At the entry tier you can take out €500 a day and €7,000 a month. A five figure win is a multi month project.
And if you want to know whose name is on the account, do not open one. There is no answer here and the casino has arranged its own site so that the question does not come up.
My Verdict
Four out of ten.
Zet is the strongest of the three anonymous casinos I have reviewed in a row, and that is a strange compliment to pay. It publishes its excluded countries, its wagering contribution table, its withdrawal ladder and a segregated client funds clause that nobody else here offers. Eight years in, the product is broad and the sportsbook is genuine.
Against that: no company, no license, no regulator, no governing law, a register search that comes back empty, and a contract whose distinctive clauses I had already read under another brand that afternoon. The careful drafting is real. It is just not signed by anybody.
If you play here, bet your deposit through at least once before asking for it back, keep at least €20 of wagering in the month you withdraw, do not leave a balance in an account you have stopped using, and treat the welcome bonus multiple as unknown until you see it in your account.
FAQ About Zet Casino
Is Zet Casino legit?
It has been running since 2018 and nothing I found suggests an operator in trouble, but I cannot verify it. The homepage says all required licenses present and names none. The full terms, around 257,500 characters, contain no company, no license and no regulator. The Anjouan register the databases cite returns zero results for zet, for zetcasino and for IGplay, while a control search in the same box worked normally.
Who owns Zet Casino, and what license does it have?
None is published. There is no license number, no regulator, no seal and no validator link anywhere on the site. The only licensing statement is the phrase all required licenses present on the homepage, which identifies nothing. The site never says. Clause 1.4 defines the Company as the company operating the Website and leaves it at that. Casino databases name IGplay, but that name appears nowhere on the site or in its terms and returns nothing in the register, so there is nothing to confirm.
Which law governs a dispute with Zet Casino?
Clause 14.1 is the complete applicable law and jurisdiction section and it says disputes are settled in accordance with the applicable Law. No country, no court and no arbitrator is named.
Does Zet Casino protect customer funds?
Its terms say so. Clause 6.17 states that customer funds are kept separate from the company’s own money in dedicated client bank accounts and that your balance is protected and returnable in the event of insolvency. That is the only segregated funds clause I have found in any casino contract on this site. Its value depends on a company that will not name itself.
What are the Zet Casino withdrawal limits, and do I have to wager my deposit first?
They run on five VIP tiers and clause 6.11 publishes all of them. Alpha, where you start, allows €500 a day and €7,000 a month. Beta allows €10,000 a month, Gamma €800 and €12,000, Delta €1,000 and €15,000, and Zeta €1,500 and €20,000. That top figure is the lowest ceiling of any casino I have scored at four or above. Yes, but only once. Clause 6.8 sets the minimum rollover at one times the deposit. Below that, Zet reserves the right to cancel all winnings and keep ten percent of your last deposit. Clause 6.7 adds a second condition: you must have wagered at least €20 within the calendar month in which you request the withdrawal.
What is the Zet Casino welcome bonus?
100 percent up to €500 with 200 free spins on the first deposit. It is a single deposit offer rather than a multi part package, which I prefer, but the wagering multiple is not published anywhere a non-member can read it.
What is the wagering requirement at Zet Casino, and which games count toward it?
Not published. Clause 7.6 says every bonus carries one and that the figure is shown on the page for each individual promotion, and those pages did not load for me without an account. What is published is how games count, which is more useful than most casinos manage. Clause 7.7 publishes the table. Slots, scratch cards and keno count 100 percent. Live games, video poker and Plinko count 10 percent. Table and card games count nothing. Jackpot slots, Slingo and bingo cannot be played with bonus funds at all, and there are separate lists of special, excluded and prohibited games in the terms.
Does Zet Casino charge an inactivity fee?
Yes. After 180 days without a login the account is inactive and is charged €5 a month until the balance reaches zero. The same clause gives the casino the right to change that fee at its own discretion without notice, which is the part I would object to rather than the six months or the five euros.
Which countries are blocked at Zet Casino, and is it available in Slovenian?
Clause 2.3 lists twenty six excluded jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, the United States, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, Cyprus, Malta, Israel, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Curacao. Slovenia is not among them. No. I tried the Slovenian path and was redirected to the English site. The interface languages on record number fourteen, including Finnish, Hungarian, Turkish, Arabic and Greek, and Slovenian is not one of them. Support is in English. Slovenia is not blocked, and euros are supported, so an account works, just not in your language.
Does Zet Casino have a sportsbook?
Yes, and the listings undersell it. Alongside the casino and live casino there is a sportsbook with live betting and a separate horse racing section, which puts Zet closer to a full betting site than to a casino with a few markets attached.
Who Wrote This

I came to this from finance, which is probably why I read a casino the way I read a contract. The marketing sits on the homepage, and the clause that decides whether you get paid sits twelve pages down.
I am responsible for everything published here. Every score carries my name, whether or not I wrote the review it appears in. If you find a figure that no longer holds, write to me.
18+. Gambling can be addictive. Everything on this page comes from Zet Casino’s own general terms and conditions, read in full, together with its homepage, footer and robots file, and from the public license register of the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, all checked on 14 October 2026. Figures attributed to the casino databases are marked as unverified in the text, because Zet keeps the pages that would confirm them out of search results. Bonus terms change, so read the current version inside your account before you deposit. If gambling has stopped being entertainment, free and confidential help is available in Slovenia through NIJZ.
