MrPacho scores 5 out of 10 with me. It has the biggest game count on this site and the first Slovenian language option I have found.
It also caps a new player at 500 euros a day, and the license it is said to hold is not a gambling license at all.
| What I scored | Score | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Game selection | 8 / 10 | 11,502 games from 118 studios with free demos on all of them, but no Evolution, no Pragmatic Play and no NetEnt anywhere in the lobby |
| Payouts and support | 5 / 10 | 96 business hours in writing and nineteen payment routes, against a 500 euro daily ceiling for a new account |
| Bonus value | 4 / 10 | 35x the deposit and the bonus inside 10 days, about 7,000 euros of turnover per 100 of bonus, but a 100 euro maximum bet instead of the usual five |
| Terms fairness | 3 / 10 | No license, no company and no regulator in 62,000 characters of terms, though client funds are held in segregated accounts |
How this adds up. Each of the four is scored from one to ten. I add them, divide by four, and round the average to the nearest whole number, with a half rounding up. These four average 5.0, so the published score is 5. The thresholds behind every score are on my rating method page. This review replaces an earlier 9, which was set before anyone read the terms.
The Bonus, and What It Actually Costs
You pick your welcome offer at registration, and there are four of them. Two for the casino, two for the sportsbook.
| Offer | Match | Maximum | Extras |
|---|---|---|---|
| Casino, cash | 100% | 500 EUR | 200 free spins |
| Casino, crypto | 200% | 3,000 USDT | None stated |
| Sport, cash | 100% | 100 EUR | None stated |
| Sport, crypto | 100% | 200 USDT | None stated |
The casino bonus is wagered 35 times the deposit and the bonus together. Take the full 500 euro match and that is 35,000 euros of turnover.
Per 100 euros of bonus you are looking at roughly 7,000 euros of play, and you get ten days to do it. That is the same arithmetic I have scored a three for elsewhere.
One thing lifts it above those. The maximum bet while a bonus is running is 100 euros, where almost every rival on this site stops you at five.
Twenty times the room per spin is the difference between clearing a bonus in a weekend and grinding it for ten days. That is why this scored a four and not a three.
Now read the contribution table, because it is where the ten days actually goes.
| Game type | Counts toward wagering |
|---|---|
| Slots, scratch cards, keno | 100% |
| Live games | 10% |
| Video poker and Plinko | 10% |
| Table and card games | 0% |
| Jackpot slots, Slingo, bingo | Cannot be played with bonus funds at all |
There is also a named list of excluded slots that count nothing, and a second list that counts half. Check a game against both before you start.
Winnings from a deposit bonus are capped at ten times the bonus. On a 500 euro bonus that is 5,000 euros, and anything above it is removed at the withdrawal stage.
Your own money is wagered first and the bonus only after it, which is the fair way round. Withdrawing before the wagering is finished voids the bonus and everything won with it.
More on the offers themselves: which bonuses cost the least in turnover, what free spins are actually worth, and why a no deposit offer is capped hardest. For a larger deposit, read the clauses that decide a high roller bonus, and for what a casino pays once the welcome offer is gone, reload and cashback.
The License That Is Not a Gambling License
I read the whole terms document, version 1.12, dated 19 August 2026. It runs to about 62,000 characters.
The words license and license do not appear in it once. Neither does the name of any regulator, any company, or any registration number.
The footer carries five badges. Visa, Mastercard, Interac, an 18+ symbol and one unlabeled mark. No license seal and nothing to click.
Industry databases record the operator as Luxinero Group, with a Costa Rica registration dated 2023. MrPacho itself publishes none of that.
Here is the part that matters, and it is not a technicality. Costa Rica does not issue gambling licenses.
| What people assume | What Costa Rica actually is |
|---|---|
| A gambling license | No such license exists. There is no online gambling licensing system |
| A gambling regulator | There is none for online operators |
| What operators really hold | A municipal data processing registration, issued by the local council |
| Who checks fair play or payouts | Nobody |
| Where you escalate a dispute | Nowhere outside the casino itself |
A company registers locally, pays a tax, and is allowed to process data for players outside Costa Rica. That is the whole of it.
So when a review tells you MrPacho is licensed in Costa Rica, what that means in practice is that nobody is watching. A Curacao license is thin. This is thinner.
One clause pulls in the other direction, and it is a good one. They state that player funds are kept in dedicated client bank accounts, separate from company money.
They go further and say that if they become insolvent your balance is protected and returned to you. Not one other casino I have reviewed puts that in writing.
Slovenian players can register. The excluded list runs to about forty countries, including the United Kingdom, the United States, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Malta and Curacao itself.
Promotions are separately blocked for Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia.
What You Can Actually Play
By raw count this is the largest lobby I have measured. Their own category counters add up to 11,502 games.
| Section | Count by their own counter |
|---|---|
| All games | 11,502 |
| Slots | 8,933 |
| Bonus buy slots | 446 |
| Live games | 203 |
| Instant games | 195 |
| Table games | 182 |
| Megaways | 114 |
| Studios | 118 |
| Demo play without an account | Yes, a Play Demo button on every tile |
Now the catch, and it is the reason this is an eight rather than a ten. I went through all 118 studios in their provider list.
Evolution is not there. Neither is Pragmatic Play, Playtech, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming or Relax Gaming.
What you get instead is Novomatic, Hacksaw, Yggdrasil, Thunderkick, Quickspin, Betsoft, Playson, Amatic, Endorphina, Spinomenal and about a hundred smaller names.
That is a respectable slot shelf. The live casino is where the gap shows: CreedRoomz, LuckyStreak, Imagine Live, SA Gaming and Iconic21 tables rather than an Evolution studio.
If live dealer play is why you sign up anywhere, this is the wrong casino. If you play slots, 8,933 of them with free demos is hard to argue with.
The site runs in eighteen languages, and one of them is Slovenian. That is the first Slovenian interface I have found on any casino I have reviewed here.
Getting Paid
MrPacho writes a payout time into its terms, which I always credit. Requests are worked through within 96 business hours.
That is four working days. Read the rest of the clause though, because the same 96 hours restarts after each withdrawal they pay you.
Then comes the number that defines this casino, and almost nobody mentions it. Your withdrawal ceiling depends on a VIP level you do not choose.
| VIP level | Per transaction | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Level 1, where everyone starts | 500 EUR | 500 EUR | 7,000 EUR |
| Level 2 | 1,000 EUR | 2,000 EUR | 25,000 EUR |
| Level 3 | 1,000 EUR | 3,000 EUR | 30,000 EUR |
| Level 4 | 1,500 EUR | 4,000 EUR | 50,000 EUR |
| Level 5 | 1,700 EUR | 5,000 EUR | 75,000 EUR |
A new account is level 1. Five hundred euros a day, seven thousand a month, and the payment page offers ceilings of five thousand that you cannot actually reach.
Your level is calculated from ninety days of activity and from the ratio of what you deposited to what you withdrew. Stop betting for a month and you drop back to level 1.
Read that twice. The way to a higher payout ceiling is to deposit more and withdraw less, which is a strange thing to reward.
| What the terms say | Detail |
|---|---|
| Processing time | 96 business hours, and again after each payout |
| Minimum withdrawal | 20 EUR, 60 EUR in Bitcoin |
| Pending withdrawals | Three at a time, maximum |
| Rollover before withdrawal | Deposit wagered once, or they keep 10 percent of it |
| Monthly wagering threshold | 20 EUR in the calendar month, or they can decline the request |
| Withdrawal routes | Card, bank transfer, Revolut, Skrill, MiFinity and fourteen crypto options |
| Client funds | Held in segregated accounts and protected on insolvency |
| Dormant account charge | 5 EUR a month, after 180 days without a login |
The 10 percent clause is worth knowing. Deposit, play less than the deposit, then ask to withdraw, and they can cancel the winnings and keep a tenth of your last deposit.
Deposits start at 20 euros through card, Paysafecard, Revolut, MiFinity and fifteen crypto routes. Slovenian players get all of them.
Support and Complaints
Live chat sits in the footer of every page, and there is a support address for anything it cannot solve.
The terms carry a complaints resolution procedure, which is more than several casinos on this site manage. It keeps the decision inside the company.
With no regulator behind a Costa Rica registration, there is no independent body above that procedure. Their answer is the last answer.
Keep screenshots of your balance, your bets and every chat. The terms make their own records the deciding evidence in a dispute.
Who This Is For
MrPacho fits a slot player who wants choice, plays in Slovenian, and withdraws in amounts under five hundred euros.
For that player it is genuinely well built. Nearly nine thousand slots, free demos, nineteen payment routes and a language option nobody else here offers.
It does not fit a live dealer player. Without Evolution or Pragmatic Play the tables are a different class of product.
It also does not fit anyone who might win big. A five hundred euro daily ceiling turns a five thousand euro win into ten days of waiting.
My Verdict
Five out of ten, and the four scores land on exactly five, so nothing was rounded in either direction.
The product is better than the score suggests. The biggest lobby I have counted, demo play on everything, a Slovenian interface, and segregated client funds in writing.
The paperwork pulls it straight back down. No license worth the name, no regulator to appeal to, and a payout ceiling that most players will meet before they meet anything else.
Play here in small amounts, in your own language, on slots you tried free first, and it works. Expect to take out a four figure win quickly and it does not.
FAQ About MrPacho Casino
Is MrPacho licensed?
Not in any meaningful sense. The word license does not appear once in their 62,000 character terms, no regulator is named and no company is identified. Industry databases record a Costa Rica registration under Luxinero Group, but Costa Rica issues no gambling license at all. What operators hold there is a municipal data processing registration, and there is no gambling regulator.
What is the MrPacho welcome bonus?
You choose at registration. The cash casino offer is 100 percent up to 500 euros with 200 free spins, the crypto casino offer is 200 percent up to 3,000 USDT, and there are two sportsbook versions at 100 percent up to 100 euros and 200 USDT. Minimum deposit for any of them is 20 euros.
What are the wagering requirements at MrPacho?
Thirty five times the deposit and the bonus together, which is about 7,000 euros of turnover for every 100 euros of bonus. You get ten days for a casino bonus and thirty for a sports bonus. Winnings from a deposit bonus are capped at ten times the bonus amount.
What is the maximum bet with a bonus at MrPacho?
One hundred euros, and this is the one place MrPacho beats almost everyone. Most casinos on this site drop you to a five euro ceiling the moment a bonus is active. Twenty times the room per spin is the difference between clearing a bonus in a weekend and grinding it for ten days.
What are the MrPacho withdrawal limits and how long does a payout take?
That depends on a VIP level you do not choose. Every new account starts at level 1, which allows 500 euros per transaction, 500 euros per day and 7,000 euros per month. Level 5 raises it to 1,700 per transaction and 75,000 a month, and your level is set by ninety days of deposit and withdrawal activity. The terms say 96 business hours, which is four working days, and the same window starts again after each withdrawal they pay. You can have at most three withdrawal requests pending at once. The minimum is 20 euros, or 60 euros in Bitcoin.
How many games does MrPacho have?
Their own category counters add up to 11,502, which is the largest lobby I have measured on this site. That breaks down to 8,933 slots, 203 live games, 195 instant games and 182 table games, from 118 studios. Every tile carries a Play Demo button that works without an account.
Does MrPacho have Evolution live casino?
No, and this is the gap behind the game selection score. I went through all 118 studios in their provider list and found no Evolution, no Pragmatic Play, no Playtech and no NetEnt. The live tables come from CreedRoomz, LuckyStreak, Imagine Live, SA Gaming and Iconic21 instead.
Is MrPacho available in Slovenian?
Yes, and it is the only casino I have reviewed here that is. Slovenscina is one of eighteen language options, alongside Croatian, Italian, German, Spanish and the rest. Slovenia is not on the excluded list and all nineteen payment routes are open to Slovenian players.
Which payment methods does MrPacho accept?
For Slovenia in euros: card, Paysafecard, Revolut and MiFinity, plus fifteen crypto routes including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Cardano, Solana and USDT on four different chains. Withdrawals add bank transfer and Skrill. Deposits and withdrawals both start at 20 euros.
Is my money safe at MrPacho?
Their terms contain one clause that no other casino I have reviewed puts in writing: player funds are kept in dedicated client bank accounts, separate from company money, and are returned to you if the company becomes insolvent. That is a real protection, but it is a promise from a company with no regulator above it.
Who Wrote This

I came to this from finance, which is probably why I read a casino the way I read a contract. The marketing sits on the homepage, and the clause that decides whether you get paid sits twelve pages down.
I am responsible for everything published here. Every score carries my name, whether or not I wrote the review it appears in. If you find a figure that no longer holds, write to me.
18+. Gambling can be addictive. The bonus, payment and game figures on this page come from documents MrPacho published, read on 2026-10-10. The company and registration details come from industry databases, because the operator publishes neither. Operators change their terms without notice, so check the current version before you deposit. If gambling has stopped being entertainment, free and confidential help is available in Slovenia through NIJZ.
