GreatWin scores 3 out of 10 with me. That is the lowest number I have put on this site, and I did not reach it in a hurry.
Their terms are published, versioned and readable, which is more than two casinos I reviewed this week managed. Everything those terms say is bad for you.
| What I scored | Score | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Game selection | 6 / 10 | Casino, live tables, crypto and a sportsbook, with major studios on the tiles, but no game count and no provider list I could obtain |
| Payouts and support | 2 / 10 | €500 a day at the tier you start on, three requests at a time, and no published payout times at all |
| Terms fairness | 2 / 10 | Published and dated, which earns the points it has, against no company named, no license named and a seal their own script removes |
| Bonus value | 1 / 10 | 35x on deposit and bonus, ten days, a €5 ceiling on every bet, and what you keep capped at ten times the bonus |
How I weigh this. Each of the four counts the same, which gives 2.75 and rounds to 3. GreatWin does not make my top twenty. It is on this site because a review that only covers the casinos worth playing at is not a review service, it is a shop window.
The Bonus, and What It Actually Costs
GreatWin advertises 100 percent up to 500 euros plus 200 free spins. The conditions are in section 7 of the general terms, and they are the harshest combination I have scored.
| Clause | What it says | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Headline offer | 100% up to €500 + 200 free spins | A full €500 match needs a €500 deposit |
| Wagering, section 7.16 | 35x the deposit and the bonus | €35,000 of turnover on a €500 deposit, or €7,000 per €100 of bonus |
| Maximum bet, section 7.19 | €5 per bet until wagering is met | 7,000 spins minimum, around 700 a day for ten days |
| Cashout cap, section 7.16 | Ten times the bonus received | Their own example: a €10 bonus caps you at €100 |
| Time limit, section 7.12 | Ten days for casino bonuses | Miss it and the bonus and its winnings are voided |
| No deposit bonuses, section 7.16 | 40x, and capped at five times the bonus | Worse again, on the offer that looks free |
| No deposit free spins, section 7.15 | Winnings capped at €80, then 40x on those winnings | The cap lands before you have wagered anything |
These five clauses together, not separately. Thirty-five times deposit and bonus, at five euros a bet, inside ten days, for a ceiling of ten times the bonus. That is 35,000 euros of turnover at a 700 spin a day pace, to keep at most 5,000. I have scored one other casino with exactly this combination, Buran, and I called its bonus decorative. This one is the same.
There is one honest way to use this offer, and it is to deposit small. On 100 euros the turnover is 7,000 rather than 35,000, and the cap on what you keep falls to 1,000. The percentage does not change.
More on the offers themselves: which bonuses cost the least in turnover, what free spins are actually worth, and why a no deposit offer is capped hardest. For a larger deposit, read the clauses that decide a high roller bonus, and for what a casino pays once the welcome offer is gone, reload and cashback.
The License, and the Seal That Removes Itself
Start with what is not there. GreatWin’s footer says gambling can be addictive and that the site is copyright Greatwin.com. The general terms run to nineteen sections and more than two hundred clauses. In all of it there is no company name, no registered address, no regulator and no license number.
Then there is the part I did not expect to find.
| What I checked | What came back |
|---|---|
| License named in industry databases | Anjouan Gaming Board |
| Operating company named there | IGplay |
| greatwin.com in the Anjouan register | 0 of 1,343 licenses |
| IGplay in the Anjouan register | 0 of 1,343 licenses |
| License seal on the page I was served | None. A script on the page removes it |
| Which domain I was actually on | greatwin-6245.com, not greatwin.com |
| Are the terms published and dated | Yes. Version 1.12, updated 19 August 2026 |
What the seal line means. Typing greatwin.com into my browser landed me on greatwin-6245.com, a numbered mirror. The page carries a small script that looks for the Anjouan license seal and, when a check fails, deletes it two seconds after the page loads. I did not see the seal on any page I was served. I am not going to guess why the check fails or who it is meant for. I will say what it means for you: the address you arrive at may not be the one a license was issued to, and there was nothing on the page for me to click and verify.
To be fair to them, the terms themselves are the best part of this casino. They are versioned, dated, laid out in numbered sections and written in plain enough English. Two casinos I reviewed this week would not show me their terms at all. GreatWin shows you everything, and then the content is what it is.
Who GreatWin Will Not Take
Section 2.3 lists twenty-six excluded jurisdictions: Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Curacao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Myanmar, Romania, Russia, North Korea, the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles, Sweden, Ukraine including Crimea, the United Kingdom, the United States and Cote d’Ivoire.
Slovenia is not on it. Section 2.2 is worth reading alongside it, because it states that the company gives no assurance that your use of the site is legal where you live, and that checking is entirely your job. The list can be changed at any time without warning.
What You Can Actually Play
| Section | What is on offer |
|---|---|
| Published game count | None |
| Studio list | Not published, and I could not obtain one |
| Studios I saw on the lobby tiles | Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Novomatic, Hacksaw Gaming and Amusnet |
| Live casino | Yes |
| Sports betting | Yes, with its own bonuses and cashback |
| Formats | Instant play in the browser, mobile, live dealers, sports and crypto |
| Interface languages | Fifteen, though not Slovenian |
| Promotions beyond the welcome offer | Weekend reload, 15% weekly cashback, live cashback, Sunday spins |
Why this score is a six and not higher or lower. I score what I can count, and here I could not count anything. GreatWin publishes no game total and no studio list, and I could not pull one. What I can confirm is that the lobby carries studios most players would recognize, that live tables and a sportsbook are there, and that the ongoing promotions are better than the welcome offer. If you want a casino whose library I have actually catalogued, several on this site publish theirs.
The Withdrawal Ceiling
| VIP level | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1, where every new account starts | €500 | €7,000 |
| Level 2 | €500 | €10,000 |
| Level 3 | €800 | €12,000 |
| Level 4 | €1,000 | €15,000 |
| Level 5 | €1,500 | €20,000 |
| Requests open at one time, section 6.13 | Three | |
Read the top row, because that is where you start. Section 6.11 ties the limit to your VIP level. Five hundred euros a day means a €5,000 win comes out across ten separate days, three requests at a time. Section 6.14 also reserves the right to pay on an individual schedule and to set its own minimum and maximum per transaction, which is a clause that can slow any of this down further.
What I could not find anywhere is how long a withdrawal takes. GreatWin publishes no pending period and no processing times for cards, e-wallets or bank transfers, and their payments page would not render for me. Every other casino I have reviewed this week states those figures somewhere. Ask support in writing before you deposit.
The Clause I Want You to See
Section 6.18. An account is inactive after 180 days with no login. From then on GreatWin may take 5 euros a month as an administration fee, and it says outright that the fee can be changed at its own discretion without notice.
The sentence after that is the one to read twice: if the balance is under 5 euros, the entire amount is taken. The charge repeats monthly until the balance reaches zero.
Six months away from an account is normal. If you open one here and stop playing, withdraw what is in it and close it.
Responsible Gambling, or the Lack of It
| Tool | Offered |
|---|---|
| Deposit limit | Not offered |
| Loss limit | Not offered |
| Wager limit | Not offered |
| Time or session limit | Not offered |
| Cool off or time out | Not offered as a setting |
| Reality check | Not offered |
| Self-exclusion | By emailing support, not by a button |
This is the weakest provision I have documented on this site. GreatWin’s responsible gaming page offers no settings at all. Its words are that if you think you need a break, you contact support and they will exclude you for a while, and that self-exclusion means emailing support@greatwin.com. The page then adds that it is the player’s own responsibility to declare any other accounts and not to open new ones. A deposit limit costs an operator a line of code. Asking a player who is losing control to write an email instead is a choice.
Support and Verification
| Channel | What you get |
|---|---|
| Live chat | Yes, linked on every page |
| support@greatwin.com | |
| FAQ section | Yes, linked in the footer |
| Phone line | None published |
| Slovenian-speaking support | No |
| Time to send verification documents | 30 days from the request |
Thirty days to verify is fair and the FAQ is a point in their favor. Two casinos I scored this week have no help section at all. Use the chat for the two figures this review cannot give you: the pending period and the processing time for your payment method.
Who This Is For
| You are | My read |
|---|---|
| Wanting slots and sports in one account | Both are here, with separate bonuses |
| Someone who reads the terms first | They are published, numbered and dated |
| Taking the welcome bonus | 35x on deposit and bonus at €5 a bet. Do not |
| Someone who sets a deposit limit on day one | There is no limit tool of any kind |
| Expecting to check the license yourself | Nothing to check, and the seal is removed |
| Likely to win more than a few hundred euros | €500 a day at the level you start on |
| Wanting to know how fast you get paid | No payout times published anywhere |
| Playing in Slovenian | Fifteen languages, none of them Slovenian |
My Verdict
Three out of ten, the lowest score on this site. Credit where it is due: the terms are published, numbered, versioned and dated, there is an FAQ, verification allows thirty days, and the ongoing promotions are more generous than the welcome offer.
Everything else counts against it. A welcome bonus asking 35,000 euros of turnover at five euros a bet for a ceiling of ten times the bonus. Five hundred euros a day out at the level you start on. No published payout times at all. A five euro monthly fee that will take a smaller balance whole. No company name, no license number and no regulator anywhere on the site, nothing in the Anjouan register for the domain or the company, and a script that removes the license seal from the page you are served. And a responsible gambling policy that amounts to sending an email.
I would not open an account here. If you already have one, do not leave money sitting in it, and do not claim the welcome bonus.
FAQ About GreatWin Casino
Is GreatWin licensed?
I could not confirm it, and GreatWin gives you nothing to check. The industry databases name the Anjouan Gaming Board and IGplay as the operator. The Anjouan register, which is searchable by company, license number and domain, returns nothing for greatwin.com and nothing for IGplay. The site’s footer and its entire terms document name no company, no address, no regulator and no license number. The page also carries a script that removes the Anjouan license seal when a check fails, and no seal was present on any page I was served.
What is the GreatWin welcome bonus?
One hundred percent up to 500 euros plus 200 free spins. The conditions sit in section 7 of the general terms rather than on the promotion page, and they are the harshest set I have scored.
What is the wagering requirement at GreatWin?
Thirty-five times the deposit and the bonus together, under section 7.16, with ten days to finish under section 7.12. On a full 500 euro deposit that is 35,000 euros of turnover. Per 100 euros of bonus it is 7,000 euros.
Is there a maximum bet while the bonus is active?
Five euros, under section 7.19, until the wagering is met. Combined with 35 times deposit and bonus, clearing a 500 euro deposit bonus means at least 7,000 separate bets, around 700 a day for the ten days you are given.
How much can I win from the GreatWin bonus?
Ten times the bonus amount, under section 7.16. The terms use their own example: a 10 euro bonus caps your withdrawal at 100 euros, and anything above that is voided at the withdrawal stage. A no-deposit bonus is capped at five times and wagered 40 times, and no-deposit free spin winnings are capped at 80 euros before wagering.
What are the GreatWin withdrawal limits and how long does a payout take?
Section 6.11 ties the limits to your VIP level and every account starts at level 1: 500 euros a day and 7,000 a month. Level 2 raises the monthly figure to 10,000, level 3 to 800 and 12,000, level 4 to 1,000 and 15,000 and level 5 to 1,500 and 20,000. You may have three withdrawal requests open at a time. How long a payout actually takes, I could not find out, and that is unusual enough to mention. GreatWin publishes no pending period and no processing times for cards, e-wallets or bank transfers, and the payments page would not render for me. Every other casino I reviewed this week states those figures somewhere. Ask support in writing before you deposit.
Does GreatWin charge a fee on an inactive account?
Yes. Section 6.18 makes an account inactive after 180 days without a login, and allows 5 euros a month to be taken from the balance, with the terms stating the fee can be changed at any time without notice. If the balance is under 5 euros the whole amount is taken, and the charge repeats until it reaches zero.
What responsible gambling tools does GreatWin offer?
Almost none. There is no deposit limit, no loss limit, no wager limit, no session limit, no reality check and no cool off setting. The responsible gaming page says that if you need a break you should contact support, and that self-exclusion means emailing support@greatwin.com. It then puts the responsibility for declaring and not opening other accounts on the player. This is the weakest provision I have documented on this site.
Is GreatWin available in Slovenian?
No. GreatWin runs in fifteen languages and Slovenian is not one of them. If a Slovenian interface matters to you, there are five casinos on this site that have one.
What games can I play at GreatWin?
I cannot tell you how many. GreatWin publishes no game count and no studio list, and I could not obtain one. What I saw on the lobby tiles includes Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Novomatic, Hacksaw Gaming and Amusnet, alongside live tables and a sportsbook. That is why game selection scores 6 rather than higher: I score what I can count.
Who Wrote This

I came to this from finance, which is probably why I read a casino the way I read a contract. The marketing sits on the homepage, and the clause that decides whether you get paid sits twelve pages down.
I am responsible for everything published here. Every score carries my name, whether or not I wrote the review it appears in. If you find a figure that no longer holds, write to me.
18+. Gambling can be addictive. Everything on this page comes from GreatWin’s own general terms, version 1.12 dated 19 August 2026, from their promotions and responsible gaming pages, and from the public register of the Anjouan Gaming Authority, all checked on 12 October 2026. Operators change their terms without notice, so read the current version before you deposit.
