I read the whole terms document, version 1.12, dated 19 August 2026. The word license does not appear in it once.

An Anjouan license is a real thing, unlike some arrangements I have written about. It is also one of the lightest regulators in the business.
Without a number I cannot look it up, and the site gives me nothing to look up. That is the same position StoneVegas is in, and it earns the same score.
Stellar Ltd is worth a note of its own. The same company name sits behind Spinanga, where I checked an Anjouan number and found it did not cover the site using it.
I am not claiming the two casinos are the same operation. I am saying the name recurs, and that a license you cannot check is worth less than one you can.
One clause pulls hard the other way. The terms state that player funds sit in dedicated client bank accounts, separate from company money, and are returned to you if the company becomes insolvent.
