DragonSlots scores 6 out of 10 with me. The games side is one of the best I have reviewed, and the paperwork behind it is one of the worst.
Their own About Us page tells you to verify their license by clicking a validator link in the footer. I went to the footer. There is no such link.
| What I scored | Score | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Game selection | 9 / 10 | 131 studios in their own provider filter, Evolution and Playtech on the live side, demo play without an account, plus a sportsbook and a lottery |
| Bonus value | 6 / 10 | 40x the bonus alone, about 4,000 euros of turnover per 100 euros of bonus, and no deadline written into the general terms |
| Payouts and support | 5 / 10 | Up to three days to process and a 10 euro minimum, but your deposit has to be wagered three times before you can withdraw anything |
| Terms fairness | 3 / 10 | No license number, no regulator, no company name anywhere, and a verification link the site promises but does not have |
How this adds up. Each of the four is scored from one to ten. I add them, divide by four, and round the average to the nearest whole number, with a half rounding up. These four average 5.75, so the published score is 6. The thresholds behind every score are on my rating method page. This review replaces an earlier 9, which was set before anyone read the terms.
The Bonus, and What It Actually Costs
The headline is 460 percent up to 4,000 euros with 700 free spins. That is four deposits added together, not one.
| Deposit | Match | Maximum bonus | Free spins |
|---|---|---|---|
| First | 100% | 1,000 EUR | 250, plus one bonus game |
| Second | 110% | 1,000 EUR | 150 |
| Third | 120% | 1,000 EUR | 150 |
| Fourth | 130% | 1,000 EUR | 150 |
Every deposit bonus is wagered 40 times. That is 40 times the bonus on its own, not the bonus plus your deposit, which is the cheaper of the two ways to write it.
In money, a 100 euro bonus asks for about 4,000 euros of turnover. Take the full first deposit of 1,000 euros and you are looking at 40,000.
The maximum bet while a bonus is live is 5 euros, so 40,000 euros of turnover is at least 8,000 spins. Buying a bonus feature counts toward that 5 euro ceiling.
Now the part most people miss. Slots count 100 percent toward the wagering. Table games and live dealer games count nothing at all.
There is also a long list of individual slots excluded from bonus play, running to dozens of titles across Betsoft, Amatic, BGaming and others. Check it before you pick a game.
One thing genuinely in their favor. The general bonus terms set no deadline for clearing a deposit bonus, where most sites on this list give you seven or ten days.
Minimum deposit to trigger a bonus is 20 euros. One bonus at a time, no stacking, and one bonus per person, email, browser, device and IP address.
Cancelling a bonus removes the bonus and the winnings from it. Your own stakes are left alone, which is better than some of the clauses I have read this month.
Withdrawing your deposit before the wagering is done forfeits the bonus and anything you won with it. Winnings from any deposit bonus other than the welcome offer are capped at 10,000 euros.
More on the offers themselves: which bonuses cost the least in turnover, what free spins are actually worth, and why a no deposit offer is capped hardest. For a larger deposit, read the clauses that decide a high roller bonus, and for what a casino pays once the welcome offer is gone, reload and cashback.
The License That Is Not There
I spend most of my time on these reviews reading license numbers and looking them up in public registers. Here there was nothing to look up.
I read the full terms and conditions, all 57,000 characters of them, plus the About Us page and every link in the footer. Here is what I did not find.
| What I looked for | What I found |
|---|---|
| License number | Not published anywhere |
| Name of the regulator | Never named |
| Operating company | Not stated |
| Registered address | Not stated |
| License seal or validator | Promised in About Us, absent from the footer |
| Company registration number | Not stated |
Their About Us page says they hold licenses and certifications “which you can always verify by clicking the license validator link in the footer section of our website”.
The footer has nine links. Responsible Gaming, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Bonuses, FAQ, About Us, Contact Us, Betting Rules and Main Sources of Information. No validator, no seal, no number.
It gets one step worse. The complaints clause tells you that if the casino does not resolve your dispute, you can escalate to “the licensing regulator listed on the Website”.
No regulator is listed on the website. The escalation route they point you to does not exist, which means in practice the casino is the last word on your own money.
I am not saying they are unlicensed. I am saying they tell you to check, and then give you nothing to check with, and that is a choice somebody made.
Two more clauses worth knowing. The anti-fraud section lets them close your account and suspend every payout at their sole discretion, and states that you will not be told the reason.
Going bankrupt in your own country is listed as one of the triggers for that clause, alongside collusion and chargebacks.
Players from Slovenia can register. The blocked list runs to about fifty countries and includes the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Malta, Turkey, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Belgium and Cyprus.
What You Can Actually Play
This is where DragonSlots earns almost all of its score, and it earns it honestly.
Their own provider filter lists 131 studios. I counted them from the dropdown rather than taking a marketing number, because they do not publish one.
| Category | What is there |
|---|---|
| Studios in the provider filter | 131 |
| Total game count | Not published anywhere on the site |
| Live studios | Evolution, Playtech, Betgames, Beter Live, Vegas-branded tables |
| Slot studios | NetEnt, Novomatic, Hacksaw, Nolimit City, Yggdrasil, Red Tiger, Quickspin, Thunderkick, Big Time Gaming, Endorphina, Habanero, PG Soft, Playson, BGaming |
| Demo play without an account | Yes, every demo link is public |
| Beyond the casino | Sportsbook, live betting, lottery, tournaments, a fortune wheel and a VIP program |
Demo play is the detail I care about most, and here it is open. You can click a slot and play it for free without registering or depositing anything.
That matters more than it sounds. It lets you see the volatility of a game before you put the 5 euro bonus ceiling anywhere near it.
The reason this is a nine and not a ten is the missing count. Every other casino at the top of my list publishes a number in its own lobby, and I can check it.
The site runs in twelve languages, including German, Spanish, Polish, Czech, Portuguese, Italian, Greek, Hungarian, Finnish, French and Norwegian. There is no Slovenian.
Getting Paid
The withdrawal section is short, and the numbers in it are reasonable. The problem sits one section earlier, in the fees clause.
Section 4 says your deposit has to be wagered three times on casino games before you can request a withdrawal. That applies whether or not you took a bonus.
Most casinos I review ask for one time. Three times means a 200 euro deposit needs 600 euros of play before the cashier will let you out.
| What the terms say | Detail |
|---|---|
| Processing time | Up to three days for some payment options |
| Minimum withdrawal | 10 EUR |
| Rollover before any withdrawal | Deposit wagered three times on casino games, one time on sports |
| Casino commission | None on any transaction |
| Above the method limit | Paid in instalments rather than refused |
| Card payouts | Visa Original Credit Transfer and Mastercard Payment Transfer, with Slovenia on the supported Mastercard list |
| Phone verification | A call with a manager is mandatory before winnings are processed |
| Currencies | Euro, US dollar and about thirty others. No pound sterling, and crypto arrives through a payment processor rather than as an account currency |
| Dormant account charge | 10 EUR a month, and only after twelve months |
The phone call deserves its own paragraph. Verification is not finished until you speak to a manager on the number you registered with.
If that number is wrong or missing, the terms say they can close the account and confiscate the winnings. If you do not complete the process within two weeks, the same.
So put a real phone number in, and answer it. That sounds obvious until you remember how many people sign up with a number they no longer use.
The dormancy clause is the kindest in this whole set. Twelve months of inactivity and then 10 euros a month, where one site on the same page charges twenty percent after sixty days.
Deposits start at 10 euros and run through cards, e-wallets including Skrill and Neteller, vouchers and a crypto processor. Third party payments are refused outright.
Support and Complaints
There is a live chat widget on every page, a contact form, and two separate email addresses, one for support and one for complaints.
Having a dedicated complaints address is better than most. The form promises a reply within 24 hours, and claims about results are reviewed within thirty days.
What you do not get is anywhere to go afterwards. With no regulator named, the escalation path in their own complaints clause leads nowhere.
Keep your own records. Screenshots, chat transcripts and deposit confirmations, because the terms say their server logs are the final authority in any dispute.
Who This Is For
DragonSlots suits a player who wants variety, plays small, and treats the deposit as the cost of an evening rather than as money on its way back out.
For that player the lobby is genuinely strong. A hundred and thirty one studios, free demos on everything, and a sportsbook and a lottery sitting next to the slots.
It does not suit anyone who wants a paper trail. No license number, no company, no regulator, and an escalation route that goes nowhere.
It also does not suit someone who deposits large and wants out quickly. Three times your deposit in turnover, plus a mandatory phone call, is friction you will feel.
My Verdict
Six out of ten, and it is the widest gap between the product and the paperwork I have scored so far.
The games side is a nine. The bonus is average rather than bad, and the open ended wagering window is a real advantage over the seven day clocks elsewhere.
The terms are where it falls apart. A site that tells you to verify its license, and then does not give you the link it promised, has made that call deliberately.
Play here with small amounts you are prepared to lose, and the experience is one of the better ones. Put serious money through it and you are trusting a company you cannot name.
FAQ About DragonSlots Casino
Is DragonSlots licensed?
I could not confirm it. There is no license number, no regulator named, no operating company and no registered address anywhere on the site, and I read the full terms and the About Us page. Their About Us tells you to verify the license through a validator link in the footer, and that link is not there.
What is the DragonSlots welcome bonus?
It is 460 percent up to 4,000 euros with 700 free spins, spread across four deposits. The first is 100 percent up to 1,000 euros with 250 spins and a bonus game, then 110, 120 and 130 percent, each up to 1,000 euros with 150 spins. Minimum deposit for a bonus is 20 euros.
What are the wagering requirements at DragonSlots?
Forty times the bonus on its own, not the bonus plus the deposit. That works out to roughly 4,000 euros of turnover for every 100 euros of bonus. The general terms set no deadline for clearing a deposit bonus, which is better than the seven and ten day clocks I see elsewhere.
Do live games count toward the wagering?
No, and this catches people out. Slots contribute 100 percent, while table games and live dealer games contribute nothing at all. There is also a long list of individual slots excluded from bonus play, running to dozens of titles across Betsoft, Amatic, BGaming and other studios.
How long does DragonSlots take to pay out?
The terms say some payment options may take up to three days to process. The minimum withdrawal is 10 euros, the casino takes no commission, and amounts above a method’s ceiling are paid in instalments rather than refused.
Is there a rollover before I can withdraw?
Yes, and it applies even without a bonus. Your deposit has to be wagered three times on casino games, or one time on sports, before you can request a withdrawal. Most casinos I review ask for one time, so a 200 euro deposit here needs 600 euros of play first.
Will DragonSlots call me before paying out?
They can, and the terms say verification is not complete until you speak to a manager on the phone number you registered with. If that number is invalid or missing they can close the account and confiscate the winnings, and the same applies if you do not complete the process within two weeks.
How many games does DragonSlots have, and can I play them for free?
They do not publish a number anywhere, which is unusual. What I could count is their own provider filter, and it lists 131 studios, including Evolution and Playtech on the live side and NetEnt, Novomatic, Hacksaw, Nolimit City and Yggdrasil on the slots side. Yes, and without an account. Every demo link on the site is public, so you can open a slot and play it for free without registering or depositing. That is worth using before you commit to a bonus, because the maximum bet drops to 5 euros while one is active.
Does DragonSlots charge for inactive accounts?
Yes, but it is the mildest dormancy clause in this set. An account counts as inactive after twelve consecutive months without a login, and they then charge 10 euros a month, or the remaining balance if it is smaller. The charge stops when the balance hits zero or you log back in.
Is DragonSlots available in Slovenia?
Yes, Slovenia is not on their restricted list, and Slovenia is on the supported list for Mastercard payouts. There is no Slovenian language option, so you would be playing in English. About fifty countries are blocked, including the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Spain and the Netherlands.
Who Wrote This

I came to this from finance, which is probably why I read a casino the way I read a contract. The marketing sits on the homepage, and the clause that decides whether you get paid sits twelve pages down.
I am responsible for everything published here. Every score carries my name, whether or not I wrote the review it appears in. If you find a figure that no longer holds, write to me.
