How I weigh this.<\/strong> Each of the four counts the same, which gives 5.25 and rounds to 5. Nomini is better at the things you can see than at the things you have to look up. Read that fourth row twice.<\/strong> Stellar Ltd is a real license holder with a real number, and I can see its entry. The 18 domains it covers are listed beside it, one by one, and nomini.com is not among them. A license covers the domains written on it. If yours is missing from the list, the license is not covering you, whatever a database says.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

There is a second thing in that row worth noting. The Stellar Ltd license expires on 21 November 2026, which is about six weeks from the day I checked. I have no way of knowing whether it gets renewed, and neither will you, because nothing on Nomini points at it in the first place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am not telling you the site is unlicensed. I am telling you I could not confirm that it is, and that the operator has made confirming it impossible by publishing nothing. On a site where I can usually match a number to a register in two minutes, that is a deliberate silence.<\/p>\n\n\n

Add the first two rows together, because the casino does not.<\/strong> Five days of pending and then three more for an e-wallet is eight days from request to money, and that is the published range, not a worst case I invented. The daily ceiling is the other half of the problem. Five out of ten, and the half point that pushed it to five rather than four is the Slovenian site. That matters here. Most of the casinos I review treat this market as an afterthought, and Nomini has translated the whole thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rest of the picture is mixed in a way I can live with. The library is big and well chosen. The rules are published in full and they hide nothing, which is more than I can say for half this site.
